HOWTO Access ENTIRE GOOGLE PLAY Store on Amazon Fire TV / Fire TV Stick 4k - Fire TV General

Hey guys, Came across a great APK which allows you to access the entire playstore on your Android TV.
Yalp Store uses the same (protobuf) API the android Play Store app uses. It downloads apks directly from Google servers.
By default Yalp Store connects to Google services using a built-in account, so you do not have to own a Google account to use it. The only reason to use a live Google account is to access the paid apps you own.
Each time you log in a new Google Services Framework id (also known as device id) is generated using your device parameters.
For us to access all the apps all we need to do is spoof our device ID with another handset (Nexus / Pixel / Samsung tab etc).
You can see a demo of me installing the full version of Google Chrome and also Youtube TV direct on my 4K firestick

Do other apps see this as Play Services also? I have an app that apparently requires Google play services, and it seems that the other method for putting that on the Fire TV 4k is not working anymore.

That's not YouTube TV you are installing. That's YouTube for Android TV. It's just regular Youtube, and not the live TV and DVR version of YouTube TV.

stuck on "check Yalp Store Credential" and no way tonuse mine... sorry...

[Help] Netflix and Chromecast

So I just got a Fire HD 8 and I figured that if I installed all the google packages and services that I could just download Netflix and it would work with my chromecast. This doesn't appear to be the case though. I read on another site that Amazon patched Fire OS to disable chromecast support for Netflix even when using the app directly from the Play Store. Will I need to root the device in order to restore functionality of my chromecast to Netflix?
I am having the same issue. I can cast Google Play Movies all right, but cannot cast Netflix.
Is there any solution for this? Preferably with no rooting involved.

JVC Android TV (Android 7.0)

Hi,
I bought a JVC Android TV (Android 7.0) but missing Google Play Store; instead there is a JVC Market (Aptroid based). I tried installing Google Play Store along with the Google Services however Google Services is installing successfully, but not showing anywhere for configuration.
Any advise how to successfully install Google Services and make it work...? Do I miss any other component...?
Furthermore, I can open Google Play Store through the browser and successfully sing-in into Google Play Store but my device (Android TV) is not listed in my devices. Can I add a device manually in Google Play Store...?
I have a 4K 65" 3D JVC TV With android 4 and also looking at ways to get Android TV 7 on it.. any help would be appreciated

Change default Appstore on Fire HD 10?

I have a rooted Fire HD 10.
I am running the Pixel Launcher, and try to use as many Android apps, vs Amazon Fire versions.
One issue I am running into is that when an app tries to redirect me to the Google Play Store, I get the following notification:
Continue to Amazon Appstore?
This app is trying to open a link with an external market that is not available on your device. Would you like to open this link with the Amazon Appstore instead? Now, I DO have the Play Store installed, and it works just fine.
Is there any way to get the links to the Play Store to open Google Play?

Download google movies for offline on Fire HD8 (2018)

Hello to the forum members, looking for a bit of help...
I have successfully installed the appropriate versions of google services and play store in order to get the Google Play Movies and TV app to be installed on the Fire HD8 tablet.
The issue: when I attempt to download items from my library for offline viewing, I get a google error statinging device not compatible for downloads. Has anyone found a workaround to this issue? My kids really like to have the videos for car rides, and I prefer to keep using the google store as opposed to the amazon store (for other devices).
Many thanks in advance.

Google Certified vs Play Certified?

Hi,
I've just purchased a Xiaomi TV Stick (4k model) and tried to run my local TV service's IPTV app.
The app won't play videos and they said it's not Google Certified and that the fact that it's Play certified doesn't matter.
Is there a workaround? Is there a way to show this app another device ID?
Use kodi with m3u file pulled from service iptv app
