A small note:-
This ROM is more stable than the previous one but as it is made with new firmware
So after installing it if you want to switch ROM then you will have two choices
• Stay only on the latest AEX, Viper, Resurrction Remix
• Flash Miui Nougat first then flash any other roms
The reason is that till now all the roms were built with modifying the old nougat firmware and switching to newer firmware then to roms made with old firmware starts giving you some or other problems in case of rosy fingerprint sensor break down and it won't work so only the above mention fixes are the only solution to work on this.
One more thing if sometimes flashing this rom gives you FP issue then simply

Great ROM too. I just flashed it a couple of hours ago. So far no problems. FP Goodix delay the same as with all the others so there's nothing new there. I like how fast this one feels. Updated to latest security patch as well.

Very stable ROM, performance and battery backup is great. Can you improve camera in next build. Right now in low light Google camera take very bad pictures. They have too much noise

Yeah I am also facing same bug. Can't hear any sound from headphones. Even YouTube videos are lagging when headphones are connected whereas they works fine on speakers.
I think this a ROM issue.

Thank you . Deleting MTP folder fixed this issue. Now Sound is working properly in Headphones.
Can you please also suggest which dolby audio mod will work on this ROM.

I have been loving AospExtended on my moto g 1st gen. But not sure aboout p2 as there is not much development right now for this device.

I'm not using the official build in aex too I'm using an old test build in which volte isn't working and to be frank I don't need volte.
(In short) Yes, aex(not after but above deodexed) is better than deodexed for sure!
Great work by devs of aex and subhaam for making it available for P2.

stuck on boot logo
stuck on boot logo, waited for 30 mins but still stuck at boot logo.
Booted perfectly for me but same old bugs like any other 8.1 rom.
Music player with no sound, can't save pictures to ext sd card shot from any camera app use.
So i will be reverting back again to 7.1
Kndly fix these issues these have been there for quite long now.
Offline charging bug, Charging time is normal but it has heating issue. Battery consumption is normal but higher then Nitrogen OS.
But still the uniqueness of the UI, a lot of customization option and the OFFICIAL stamp is there , that makes it a perfect choice who wants to switch from Nougat also OTA updates are available too.:cyclops:

Over The Air(OTA) Updates will be available for your AOSP Extended ROM when the are published Official on the official website.
You will get notified automatically that an update is available.
Update will be downloaded and installed on your decive on your permission so that you don't need to do it manually.

yes there r still quite a few bugs in oreo roms which are not been sorted yet. We will have to wait for a stable and better build for now.
So its best to be on nougat

try viper os it's quite good. i have used that for about 2-3 months or so
In latest build 18022018 trusted face is working fine but Google Play store show device is uncertified and weather service and sim tool kit Force closing . I think weather service is Force closing because omnijaws is not installed .

The screen flickering bug is present only in los15.1 by codeelixir. All other roms are fine.
I think the notifications LED is not working? Please tell if this is an issue everyone is facing or is it the problem with my settings? If it's problem with my settings how do I fix it?

Fantastic ROM. The only slightly problem I have found is if you turn NFC off the only way to turn it back on is with Google pay. Can someone look into this please. Everything else works great.

After 360 hours of waiting i finally unlocked my Redmi 5!
In the thread of LineageOS i see allot of people complaining of this or that. So i tried this ROM and i everthing seems to work. GPS, fingerprint, smooth & fast.

Download buildprop editor from playstore.edit it.and search that line .than delete it and save the buildprop again.thn reboot.and u r done

No root (install Magisk via TWRP). Beacon Kernel works well so far.

I have already back to v6.5 before yours, but with DarkPhoenix Kernel...

Love this ROM but notice some weird issues. 1) vibration doesn't work at all, I don't know why. I enabled it everywhere in the settings ans still nothing vibrates :c. 2) everytime i lose reception, the phone soft reboots. Every single time. If I stand in the elevator even, the phone will soft reboot. Any solutions?

I love your further developing of this great ROM. But your new build has some bugs or other other features like dark backgrounds for apps, and other. Feature requests are also forbidden as you wrote in 1st post.
Why do you don't only use the well and perfect running ROM by @pyshydv from your team, who leaves the developement, and integrate only the monthly Android security patches? I am using this ROM for a long time and am happy with it, many other users too. We don't want new features or experiments for our "old" phone, but new security fixes.
Please, please use old pyshydv's perfect last ROM build from 04/22/2019 and integrate only new monthly security patches by Google.

Sorry for the issues you got, that dark backgrounds are source bug, you can contact AEX team on Telegram.
As Harukey and I uses the same trees so there should be no issues while migrating and you can request features to AEX team on telegram.

No, not in this ROM. If you want this feature, try LuisROM or RessurectionRemix.
anyone know/already try what if i do dirty flash from 6.4?
Guys,aosp in xiaomi redmi 4x santoni has a bug with screen recorders,they are too slow and lagg,.
Problem with ringtone sound levels. Very very low...... Anybody are of a fix?
ok fixed now(the screen recording problem),but if it happens again to someone other its a bug.
