Good thing you guys orrdered the phone via the website I went into the Tmo store to pick mine up this morning and they only had 4 in stock and one of the 4 was for the display model.
Coming from the long line of Nexus/Pixel phones, and this will be my first OnePlus .. Im excited.

It is. And very f'n annoying. We all should have been receiving our phones Saturday.
After having a huge ordeal dealing with a few local T-Mobile stores, I gave up and placed an order through Customer Service. They waived the overnight shipping fee and credited my account $30 for the hassle. Estimated ship dates are between today and Monday.

UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays for T-Mobile for some reason. They do deliver on Saturdays for some special cases which I find absolutely BS especially when USPS delivers on Saturdays and (depending on special circumstances) Sundays as well.
I ordered mine this morning at 9:10am ET from the Oneplus website. It is shipping from Union, New Jersey and is expected to arrive on Tuesday 11/6. I'm located in San Diego.
My Oneplus One and 5T both shipped from the Los Angeles area and was delivered in 1 day. It is different this time around. Oh well, I can't wait.

I think you'll like it. I came from a few Nexus phones too. I was use to the not perfect cameras on the Nexus phones. I like vanilla Android but Oxygen OS definitely adds nice touches that I missed when I test drove the Pixel 3 XL for 1 day and returned it. That 900 dollar phone was not as polished as my 5T. I think it is awesome that an underdog company like OnePlus can hang with the big companies.
I had this issue where my 5T was sending multiple sms messages when connected to Wifi. I switched carriers and the problem stopped. I was wrong to blame you Oneplus. =)

The USPS mail service where I am,if you send something,anything, to someone in the same city/county,it gets sent over 100 miles away to a sorting facility,then trucked back to be delivered the next business day.
Guessing it's was a cost-cutting move,but,seems insane nonetheless.,guess they save $$$ on the operating costs of one less building/sorting facility..............

If you bought this phone from Handtec, did it come with UK firmware? Did you pay any customs tax to Fed Ex? How long in average it took from the day of order to the final delivery to US. ( especially west coast) Is your phone Made in Korea?

I had bought my Touch HD from them back in 2008 through google checkout. They shipped the same day and arrived in 5 days (or less) to Washington DC. Fedex dropped it to my door. No customs problems, but some legal papers concerning US vs EU thingies with it, which I threw to trash... but again I have read some incidents with customs... maybe it was my luck. I ordered mine yesterday, it shipped today, and it's scheduled to be delivered to my door tomorrow before 10:30am. I received a call from FedEx today; they said something about the customs paperwork listing electronics and asked what it was. I said a cell phone and the woman said something about the FCC, then "Let me speak with my supervisor and see if this paperwork will suffice." She came back and said her supervisor gave the ok and thanks.
I'll report tomorrow if anything unpleasant happens with my order, such as it not arriving promptly and satisfying my cravings!
Argh! I just checked the FedEx tracking for my Note and it says customs delay! It says "Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity." I hope the earlier call where they asked me what it was is all that's needed and this clearance delay will not change tomorrow's delivery. But the red color of the status bar at the top of the FedEx tracking page is rather ominous...

Ordered mine Friday Nov 3rd. Got it Nov 9th at 10am fedex (weekend in there, so it didn't ship until 7th). No customs problems or delays. No extra taxes or charges. I am in California.
This customs issue is very frustrating. They called and said the FCC form is incomplete. They sent me one to fill out since Handtec is gone for the day and I'm clueless on some of the items on it. My phone was supposed to be here this morning but held up by customs because of improper address in the manufacturer box. My son already received his without this. I guess it depends on the customs agent. I called handtech and told him they needed to fill in the complete Samsung UK address in that box. Said they would but still seem to think that customs stops some phones just for general principles. Just received e-mail from FedEx saying the package will be here tomorrow between 10:30 and 12

$449 it's actually around $611 The phone is unlocked with no AT&T crap on it. Also has a hardware button which is great as far as I'm concerned. When you figure AT&T will be charging $300 for it, it becomes a bargain. Very nice to have a phone that if you're in Europe you can just throw in a Sim card and use it to your hearts extent without those exorbitant AT&T charges. I can also have it right away and not have to wait six months.

Am I figuring this out wrong? To figure the price in US$ for with the £/US$ conversion isn't it roughly 1.6 x £449 = $718 plus shipping on top of that? Did you pay just $611? Thanks
I paid for 449.99 + 14.99 EU's for overnight shipping FedEx, turned out to be two overnights because of our ultra efficient customs department. Let me get out my trusty converter, that's $632. Subtract $300 I would've paid AT&T for contract and about $200 for my old iPhone 3GS equals $135 for the Samsung Note and can get dump AT&T any time I want = priceless

What! I ordered from 3 yesterday an they said mine will be with me on 28th this month
Mines showing delivery Monday 25th but its not dispatched.
I ordered mine through Very with the same date of the 25th. Seeing as it was cheaper to pay for over couple of months. However after calling them 4 times to find out when I was going to receive the device I was given the suppliers number to call which turned out to be Nokia Support. I have since cancelled the order with Very and taken out a contract with 3 instead. Device should be with me by the 28th. Hopefully.

Hahaha! This made my day! lol I wonder what could have happened if some less knowledgeable people got that response They could have called nokia and inquired about HTC Epic fail!
Funny enough mines still showing delivery as the 25th but delivery status is 'order received by supplier' - I tried calling twice and was told that there was no update so order should be with me on the 25th. We shall see but as tomorrow is the 24th and a Sunday, I won't hold my breath.
Popped into P4U in Northampton yesterday for a look, they had it advertised as sim free for £459, asked if they had any in stock and he told me yes but not for sim only and that would be a few weeks, which is a lie as other people on here said they went to same store and bough one. Plus I want to be able to return it if build quality is pants and can't if bought in store.

Interesting and annoying that different stores have different prices for sim free.
I will be in that area next Friday but by that time Asda may have shipped mine so would need to go through hassle of returning it and refund for £40 saving.

On that basis, I will be taking the day off work on Monday and if it does not arrive I will be certainly giving them a piece of my mind. I have no confidence that it will be here/there on the 25th or 27th for that matter.
People buying from Very Handtec and Asda are all in the same boat. We have no actual ides when we will get our phones.
Only places that seem to give a realistic date is Three as they delivered phones this week as advertised.

It said will take 3-5 days to process the order then ship, but no general ETA.
So those who have ordered and gotten their phone, do comment and mention how long it took from placing your order till your actually got it, including the shipping method used!

I ordered mine early on a Wednesday morning and received it the following Monday. The OnePlus site is slow to update with tracking info and the shipping emails come late too. I think I got my shipping email on Saturday and the phone was already in PA. It shipped from CA too. This is my second OPO and the first one was about the same shipping time.
I live on the East Coast. I ordered on a Monday afternoon, it shipped Tuesday from a warehouse in Rosemead, CA via USPS Priority Mail, and it arrived on Thursday. Needless to say, I was very pleased!

I placed my order on a Saturday, processed & shipped on a Tuesday and received on a Thursday. nmine came west coast to east coast btw as well.
So I'm thinking Its safe to say, it takes about a week from placement of order to receiving the phone in hand...?

It typically takes about 2 business days to process and it's shipped 2 day usps (unless you live in California and it's 1 day) and now requires a signature. So if there's a weekend in there, then yes it takes about a week from ordering to arriving. You'll only recieve an email after you order and when after its shipped.

I ordered mine last Saturday it went out late Tuesday and I got the phone yesterday. So if you cont the day that I ordered and received total 6 days. Also I had USPS 2 day shipping.
Ordered on Friday, got it Thursday.
Also ordered another one on a Wednesday, got it on a Saturday (USPS).
in both instances, when they ship, it's was via USPS, 2-day priority.
The "Processing" time is what kills it.
I'm in the Los Angeles area. Got my invite on Thursday am. Placed order Thursday am, standard shipping. Friday am got shipping confirmation. Saturday am, the first time info showed up on the tracking number, showed that my package was in Ontario Ca. Saturday pm, arrived at USPS sorting facility in Fontana CA. Sunday am, arrived at Goleta, Ca station. Monday am, out for delivery.

I selected Express and it cost me £9.99. I ordered it today so hopefully it comes sometime next week!
I just placed my order yesterday and I live in Canada. There was only express shipping option which was 27.99USD. The duties, taxes, and exchange rate are going to kill me. Thought about shipping to a mailbox in the US and picking it up there and noticed there was only regular shopping option for 14.99USD. Ended up shipping to Canada. Didn't want to risk it getting lost or stolen.

I have had three reps tell me it's backordered and not shipping until 11/8-11/28 and my account recently updated to reflect this on the order. At this point, you're better off trying to walk into a store on 10/28 first thing when they open and pick it up.
Or you could just pre order hoping for the best. Then if it doesn't come by the 28th, cancel the pre order and just walk into the store to buy it.
I recieved an email expected shipping date is 10/18/--10/24 next day shipping
I pre-ordered my V20 (taking full advantage of the $200 trade from LG by swapping my Note 4 in) yesterday and woke up this morning to three texts, one including a tracking number for my order having already shipped. Will update when I can see a location or when it arrives.

Nah, at this point you're just better off walking into a store and picking it up. Everything I've got points to 11/8 being the early edge of the next availability range. At this point after all that I've been put through, I'm starting to entertain the idea of looking at other carriers. T-Mobile got me in over a dozen years ago for their customer service and now even that isn't any better than any other carrier I've had. (AT&T, Sprint and Verizon, had all three in one way or another.)
I ordered Monday morning, CC charged yesterday and ready for shipping this morning. I just got an email from Ups this evening saying it will be here tomorrow. I wasn't expecting that.
It has arrived, and I is very nice, now time to say goodbye to my Note 7...
I ordered at 10am central Monday morning in store (JOD). I have origin scan in Louisville and scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. I changed delivery to a hold at UPS customer center so I could get it at 9am when they open.

Tried to cancel the order and they said I couldn't because my cc was charged and on there end it shows ready for shipment however there was no tracking info. The only thing i got back was my expedited shipping fee credited to my account..........

Tried to cancel the order and they said I couldn't because my cc was charged and on there end it shows ready for shipment however there was no tracking info. The only thing i got back was my expedited shipping fee credited to my account..........

Been browsing between here and other forums as people who didn't spend the extra money for priority are already receiving their phones. Oneplus showed Friday as the estimated delivery, but Fed ex is saying Tuesday. Regular shipping would've been Wednesday delivery. I ordered within minutes of launch, so I'm a little irate that some people that ordered hours after and didn't pay extra for shipping had their phones shipped first.

the people who got theirs already was either at the Show where they can buy them or live in the West coast, mine appeared to ship from Cali, but if u don't get yours until next week I would call too. I ordered min at 9:04 am lol I had to pull over on my way to work to order it

Someone on a Reddit thread suggested that too, so I think I'll give that a try.
I ordered about an hour after launch with priority shipping. It said an estimated delivery of Nov. 29th with, and Dec 11th without! I figured the extra $10 would be worth the week and a half reduction in shipping time. Shipping to Missouri.
I ordered within two minutes of the store opening and chose for priority shipping. My order still shows as 'processed' I contacted Oneplus and they don't even know what's going on :0
According to their information under my order it should have shipped yesterday and I would get it tomorrow.. not much hope unfortunately
in the uk the phone can be purchased at the O2 store or ordered from them for next day delivery home or at store. very easy to get .
if u ordered on 21 and phone don't arrive on 24, you can ask refund for shipping costs

Priority shipments usually just bump all of the other standard shipments up, so you essentially paid for everyones priority shipment.
What happened to your package is just pure randomness though, could have been dozens of peoples fault why your package was late by a few days. But it would usually have priority.
Next time just keep the standard shipping. Someone else will pay for priority and you will get your package just as quickly as them (if yours was grouped with them, which happens all of the time)
Same story here. Ordered within minutes. FedEx has a tracking entry since 8pm on the 21st, but OnePlus didn't give the package to FedEx yet and now it's the 23rd. It was supposed to arrive tomorrow, but that clearly isn't going to happen if the shipping label, with a phone hopefully stuck to it, is still in California.
What I'm most worried about is that OnePlus might have oversold the first batch of available phones and so while I paid $10 for fast shipping I'll still have to wait a week for the next container to arrive from China. Just because OnePlus printed a shipping label doesn't mean there was a box with a phone in it for them to slap the label onto.
Ordered 2min after launch, standard shipments. They say it would had come the 29th, it came yesterday from Poland....(Paris, France here)

EXACT same story here..I contacted support and they said to keep an eye out for new tracking. Any updates on your end?

I feel sorry to those who are still waiting for their phones. I bought mine 11 minutes after it was launched and got it yesterday.
I live in Greater Vancouver Are. I purchased mine on Nov 21, received on 22 in the early afternoon. I did not pay shipping (free DHL Express). I don't really know why they charge you $10 for shipping cos mine was actually shipped from Los Angles
All i know is I got it the next day, so im Pretty sure the 9.99 was worth it, i got mine fedex 2 day
