Everything seems to be working fine, flashed it yesterday. IMEI is OK, 4G should be working as well as this is stock. There are no specific instructions you need to adhere to, the ROM comes with an aroma installer which guides you through the installation process. DO NOT select the option for deleting EFS if calling etc. worked fine previously!
Simply back up EFS and proceed as if you were installing any ROM. GApps are included, no need to flash.

That is the twrp Oreo ota by Nzedpred. You can find that same link you posted here including all the information about how to flash it at this page https://forum.xda-developers.com/g5/development/twrp-flashable-soak-test-oreo-t3827913

[TUTORIAL/FIX]4G/LTE broken on some 4.3 roms

Hi.
If you have problems with LTE this tutorial is for you.
If even after entering the correct APN does not work LTE/4G:
1.Download 4.2.2 FTF file (I used 10.3.1.A.0.244) and flash the baseband ONLY.
2.Reboot without wiping anything.
3.Enjoy!
PS. This is my first tutorial on XDA and only the second post, so I still have to learn how to write some nice tutorials. Greetings
Edit: It's work on CM roms too!

Just download firmware 244 and check the flashtool as pictured here:
Code:
scr.hu/0fud/1lx8c
In the "exclude" you select everything except "baseband"
Edit:
I created ftf file
Code:
speedy.sh/6byzn/C6603-10.3.1.A.0.244-Baseband-Generic-CE.ftf
#up

adb over adb

can I push these files (http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_d801) after following this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2449670) safely? I can not find a flashable zip of the most current twrp. So im thinking this will get me set up for cm11. every thread ive found for twrp links me to 2.6.3.2.

If you just want to be able to flash CM11, you can find TWRP 2.6.3.5 in any CMB Rom development thread for your specific phone. If you have the D801, you can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2568732 . You'll need to follow the guide that you linked to install the older version of TWRP, and then use that to flash the newer version. I've been using this TWRP version and have been able to flash CM11 and pretty much any other rom perfectly. Hope this helps!

No problem! It took me a while to figure that out when I started flashing roms a couple of weeks ago, not sure why there isn't a more prominent post about it...
All the threads with replies aren't very helpful on the ROM side of things anymore. But the threads that are about ROMs have become bootloops and why is my phone broken I only accepted an OTA. Twrp won't restore. Lol. I got stumped on a relatively simple thing. But finding a solution through all that was maddening. Oh well. Times are changing. Oh I do have cm11 up and running... Thanks again

How to get Cyanogen rom on note 3 sm-n9005 international unlocked version ?

Hi,
This is my first time trying to install / flash Cyanogen on my Note 3 SM-n9005.
All I did by now is using Odin for root and firmware updates.
Can someone please tell me if this is correct version for my device?
And how do I flash it ? Does it also done with Odin ? Or is there another process for this ?

Read the basics first .
Can you please give me a reference to the basics ?
If you type your thread name into Google, you'll get plenty of answers. It's best to start there.
This spoon feeding will do you no good.
P.S. the rom version you linked is good

Thanks.
I know that a simple Google search can give me the answer, and I completely agree with you about the spoon feeding, but my concern is that not all who write an answer is really reliable.
So I posted here because I know I'll get the best professional answer here

Aahh.... 1st time flasher ^^ Long time ago I was the same way Anyways, XDA is a reliable source and you should check here first. If someone tells crap ppl tend to correct him very quickly so you cant be that wrong later. Anyways. Check for TWRP Recovery for HLTE and flash it the way it's explained in the thread. Then you are already very close to CM running on your phone. CM source you posted is fine, but you can check on Temasek's UNOFFICIAL builds too, they are very stable. GAPPS I recommend OpenGAPPS. Just check on my sig to see what I am running right now.
I'll check it out.
Thanks
Just download the latest CM ROM (may be CM 12 or 12.1) with your device model and also download the recommended G apps for your phone and then flash those using Twrp.
Note:-It is recommended to wipe your cache/dalvik/data/system before flashing a ROM for clean installation.

My x727 thinks it's a X720. Any ideas?

After my disaster that was flashing the JUI rom I've had an ongoing issue with flashing ROMS.
First some background I flashed the JUI rom which "upgraded" the firmware. In order to go back to my preferred Rom (Turbo's MAIU rom) I did the following:
Formatted all inc internal.
Flashed the Chinese v19 Rom
Followed the guide to flash each part individually to o return to "stock"x720. This was each firmware file including modem.
Flashed the ROM for people with x727 that flashed to x720. It supposedly reflashed firmware to x727.
Flashed modem to x727 modem then wiped the modem partitions to reset everything.
If I restore a backup everything is fine. Stock x727 or Miau.
If I flash a new ROM (Omni Lineage anything but stock) it lists my model as x720 and says there is no SIM. Seems AOSP and 7.x roms think it's a x720. I've tried the persist.radio.multisim.config=dsds and =NA but neither on works. Still sees no SIM.
Anything I can do to get this back to a true x727?

I've had the same issue and I wish I had an answer but as of yet I don't.Its aggravating to say the least.Getting the status 7 error really p*sses me off.For now what I've been doing is changing the updater script to reflect that my device is a 720.
The way I fixed it is manually flashing the CN to US rom by uinpacking the zip and then following the guide to restore from JUI. There is one file I think that is missing from the list of files which I grabbed from the X720 and my phone is back to perfect now.
I'll give that a shot I have it running but still says it is a x720. I flashed the files you mentioned but from another zip and after flashing the files it at least sees the Sim card. I can put on lineage or other aosp roms and the sim works but it says it's a x720. I'll give your solution a try thanks.
has anyone found a solution for this because today i flashed flyme os for x720 and i forgot that the developer said dont try flashing it on x727 and now i dont have any sim network on any x727 based roms and also the nougat roms? Any ideas for now ? i flashed miui and china 26s rom of turbo and they gave me sim network but i want to go back to nougat?

Lol today was a long day i flashed like 10 roms and formatted the phone more than 20 times.
Thanks for all the help guys. I think I figured out what made the difference... the file devinfo.img was not in the zip I had originally flashed (it was a "full" .21 package including firmware). Once I flashed that file my phone was back to a X727. I had gotten the modem fixed prior to that thanks to the Turbo and others.

Hi, turbo, I flashed two packages from you. The 1st one correct the name but gave me no sim. The 2nd one did not show no sim but had no signal at all. Everything under sim status was unknown.
Any suggestions? Thx

Are you on MM or Nougat? There is a thread in 6X section. Use the same twrp, it will work. Refer the rooting guide in my signature, you will get the direct twrp link there.

Perfect enjoy. As of now those ROMs given in 8 lite section may have been removed but I think ROMs from Honor 6X section works for this device too. you can try will full TWRP backup.
Good luck.
