Yes battery drains overnight but not too much
Yes. Not that much. Likely due to apps.

The p20lite lite does a very good job at 'sleeping' about 1% in 2-3 hours for me (or even less)
I have 6 social media apps and 3 of them are running all the time (WhatsApp Instagram and Discord)

So far this phone has done really well when on stand by. Not quite as good as other phones, but nothing to complain about here.

From 10pm to next morning 8am sometime drain like 5%

No drain overnight after charging to full and unplugging before going to sleep. I woke up and was pleased to see it still at 100 percent.
About 1% or 2% over 8-10 hour standby.

During the night I leave the phone on. I just turn off data and wifi. Bluetooth remains on. The phone drains 3-4% in 7 hours.
