I currently have 144 apps installed.
As I have put most of them to deep sleep through the advance battery settings usually takes half to whole second to open after tap. But once opened every start after that is instantaneous.

This is an interesting one. Most of the time apps launch as expected, but sometimes it doesn't respond. The weird part is that the lollipop finger press animation is always there. I get the impression there's probably some more bugs in the os that have yet to be ironed out.
