Much better
For me compared to my previous S7 edge, in every places I used to go the strength is now much better in every situation

What phone model do you have, or rather what bands are you operating on? As a North America / Euro traveller, the al-00 does not support required bands for my carriers. I can't find any release data on the new supported bands on the incoming SKU's for europe or north america as of yet. Phone looks great though, aside the micro usb

I have the JSN-L21, and my carrier support B20, B3, B1 and B7 bands so I can use all the supported bands by the 8X.

Can someone confirm whether this phone supports LTE band 28 or not? Most sites say "no", but Gearbest explicitly states that this phone does support band 28(700Mhz). I am considering this phone but am confused by this.
I have the 3/32 version
GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
UMTS 850/900/1900/2100 MHz
LTE B1/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B20

Thanks for the info. It confirms my suspicion, that is, Gearbest's ad is not correct.
I was getting 50 MB LTE dowmload speeds yesterday on band 4

The cellular connection is amazing, I am using the ANA-NX9 model in the US and it has perfect connection all day. I have tested the phone with both At&t and T Mobile and both have connection anywhere I am. T Mobile does show 5g connection although the data speed is the same speed if not slower than at&t. This is likey a network thing as t mobile has labeled it's previously LTE connection as 5g on 5g capable phones.

The network reception in my iPhone 11 is way worse than the Exynos Note 20 Ultra(model: SM-N986B, by far the best network reception in any smartphone I ever used, comes with Exynos modem 5123).
Not having the iP12 yet, I am curious whether Apple with the A14 Bionic(SD X55 modem) improved or not in this regard this time around..

Internet speeds are awesome with carrier aggregation support I get about 45-50 Mbps with Jio Simcard and in wifi I get around 110 Mbps ( b cause I have a 100 Mbps plan )
Overall wireless connectivity is good . But sometime I have to open full toggle settings to turn of wifi
5G has been hit and miss for me on T-Mobile (I have the unlocked edition) and sometimes needs to be toggled on and off again. Hopefully this is fixed soon by an update. For now, LTE does just fine for me.
