Hi , I have wifi disconnection issue ever since my Android 9 update. I had bought this phone about a month ago. I had never updated it to pie since I had heard some complaints from users. But later once after the Feb security update.. I upgraded my os version to pie. Now I'm facing the constant wifi disconnection issue when the wifi signal strength is below 50%. It disconnects and when I enter or long press on wifi settings the wifi reconnects again. Kindly let me know if any one is facing the same issue? Please help. Thanks in advance

WiFi performs very well, as long as the BlueTooth module is off.
Once it is on, the Wifi suffers unstable disconnections, especially if you have devices like FitBit/Polar or Pebble connected.
I've never had an issue with the wifi on this phone. I often stream youtube videos in the basement, while my router is on the top floor. Everything works great.

So far I've had no issues with WiFi strength or the LTE network, this is by far a good upgrade from p10 lite, I have constant full LTE network, on p10 lite I would only have 1 bar, same goes for WiFi ,the signal is still full when I go into my bedroom. Have no complaints.
no problems with this

I don't think I have problems with Wifi, but I find the Realme 3 Pro's WiFi Tethering (Personal Hotspot) is a bit odd. On Windows, I need to turn off the WiFi, and turn it back on so I can connect to R3Pro's tethering. Also, the connecting process is few seconds slower than usual. After it is connected, though, it's stable and I don't find any trouble.
Comparing to my previous phone, Zenfone 2, it was recognized almost instantly after I turn on the WiFi tethering. Also with my wife's Redmi S2, its never a problem. So definitely not Windows' / laptop's fault.

also as regards the reception of WiFi I must say that I was surprised As generally in the kitchen no previous cell phone was able to receive WiFi this good or bad even If you jump from the kitchen Can you take the WiFi signal so I must say that it probably has slightly better reception compared to the p30pro or Xiaomi I had before
The Wifi in this phone is pretty nice, it has much better reception than my previous Honnor View 10. Unfortunately it doesn´t work well with active Bluetooth connection. So streaming video with BT Headphones is a no no. My 30Mbit connection dropped to 2-5 Mbit with playing BT audio. Switching to 5Ghz Wifi didn´t help unfortunately.
My previous Honor View 10 had exactly the same issue.

Wifi Issues
The Wifi capabilities are great, it picks up signal very well and loads very fast.
My issue is that Quickstep/FunTouchOS/stock rom will NOT connect automatically to any wifi points, saved or otherwise. After pressing the wifi icon and turning it on, it will sit there saying "not connected" until you manually connect to your home wifi. There is no switching between Wifi and Data when the wifi loses signal.
Very frustrating. I'll just stick with Data for the time being.
