Tested using Display Tester app. Under low brightness, the blacks are close to black and in high brightness its turning grey. It's an LCD screen after all so that's expected.

The black is very good for an ips screen, but of course, not as good as an amoled display.
Agreed one of the better IPS screens.

It's OLED, and unlike a lot of cheaper phones the pixels appear to actually turn off when displaying blacks. So infinite contrast ratio.

This phone doesn't do the best when it comes to deep blacks. It's more noticeable when the lights are out but it's not that bad otherwise.

Contrast could be better, but is pretty good for a standard IPS LCD display.
