after installing pixel xpeience and hmp kernel my scorpio while charging reaches up to 70 degrees. does anyone have this problem?

I have an big problem.I just installed the Pheonix ROM.It is excellent,many features and fast moving.But I want more CPU power.Can anyone help me to overclock the CPU in Pheonix ROM ? Or where to set it ?

Hi all and sorry for my English first.
I have a problem with LMK on my Note 3. Phone start killing tasks when ram is about 1000 mb free. Number of running apps in same time is max 6 or 7.
Currently using Omega v12 ROM and stock kernel.
What`s wrong with this phone?

i have problems in games after upgraded to 6.0.1
lag in render scales and gyroscope and move are heavy so why that ?
i don't faced it in 5.1.1
kernal can make difference or no ?
