[BETA Release Details]:Test Version-KIW-L22C675B320 Change Logs
1) Home screen a lyric in music -> settings was not working, this issue is fixed.
2) Fixed randomly occurring ANR issue after restarting the device.
3) Color temperature settings in display and preferred network typesetting in mobile network will retain its manual changes after a reboot too.
4) Remaining battery percentage string is aligned properly.
5) Now Professional camera mode in camera was display any error pop-up message when a picture is clicked. This issue is fixed now.
6) Emergency Call feature integrated - SOS
● Now Emergency message option is added.Earlier we had only emergency call option .
● Once SOS emergency alarm is triggered call and message will be sent to the emergency contact added in SOS emergency contact list.
7) Google Patch Integration
● Merged New Stage fright Bug Fix which will make device more secure
8) NEWS and UPDATES
● News and Updates feature is removed
9) Indian languages - Huawei Swype keyboard
● Indian local languages are integrated in Huawei Swype keyboard.
● Desired language can be downloaded by long pressing on space bar in keyboard and then select More languages -> Download languages.

@venom007 Performance is a bit laggy, beacuse it's still in beta. No OTG support till yet.

Same here, no OTA notification for me, I am guessing it is really discriminating support from Huawei for this device, US seems to receive all support and the rest of the regions just being on an endless wait.....will never buy Huawei phones again And add to the misery that they give our devs crappy source codes that only make their work a lot more tedious than it should be!

You need to have the KIW-L22 model for that. And you must be in India.

The KIW-L22 model is Indian model since I live in India. I'm a part of the beta testing program. The official build for Honor 5X in India for model KIW-L22 will be released at the end of May.

Performance is better but RAM management will be improved in the future updates because it's poor in this version.

Performance is not better at all, fingerprint is slow too.
Is camera quality better than february patch?
The color profile is back to "normal".
Colors are normal again and also baseband has been updated.

After the update I am unable to select 4G from the menu in settings, only 3G and 2G are visibile... Bad update again!!

knowing xiaomi devs, the "patch" (what a paradox) if we can even call it a patch will most likely bring even more bugs on this wreck of a software,
it really a shame for such good piece of hardware

I bet the settings notification bug will not fixed at this update
In one forum in mi a2 section, some people voted that they received February patch when someone asked. Not really sure if they voted although they use other mobile phone or what, but it might be that in next 24h could be added or something in other regions too?

Did you turn off the voice settings in the Google app? Also something that I found out that works if you have the bug where you can't hear anyone and have to toggle the speaker, put you sim card in slot 2.

Do you even understand English mate? I never said it is released 100%. I said people VOTED and said yes and I also said that maybe they voted for "yes" because they use other phone but voted in MI A2 section.
Mainly they are in region of india, I think.

At least the developer community works on crashing bugs every day, and for free. Xiaomi meanwhile for every update brings more damage than good, always.
