Welcome to LIQUID REMIX! Liquid Remix is a New age mix of all the best ROMs of today with added essence from the older days. Android 8.1 project based from the old lead dev of Liquid smooth, Liquid0624 (Ryan) and community contributors! All features are open source and will stay that way as the community is the most important thing to our project! While donations are always appreciated, it is important that we highlight that we are NOT here for donations, we enjoy bringing the Android community these Roms and Kernels for Redmi Note 4; we sincerely hope that you can all enjoy the Roms as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.
Our Android Development Team is very end user oriented; we care about what you want and bringing it to you. We do as much as we can to keep our users happy while primarily focusing the aims on stability, speed, optimizations, other additions and features that complement the Roms as well as some frequently requested user add-ons.
Have any questions, comments or concerns? We would love to hear from you and keep our users happy, improve where possible when criticized or when bugs are found. Please; let us know on either XDA or Telegram (Our team checks telegram much more often and in live time, also many people including other users often are willing to help provide support.) Without all of you; we wouldn’t be a team or a community. Together YOU ALL are the family that keeps Android Development alive!
Disclaimer: While our Roms and kernels are tested prior to release for stability, to help prevent any major problems, the following is just a disclosure. Using any rooted features, Roms or modifications, is at your own risk. We are not to be held responsible for any damages that may be encountered or any warranties voided by rooting a device etc...

About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first created based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean because of curiosity. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device (EVO 3D). Since then many others have joined the project and it has grown a whole lot. We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours and many of our contributors have gone to help other projects and that is ultimately why we do what we do.
Once Jelly Bean was over, we decided in Kitkat to move to a new base which was OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting because it challenged us to see what we could with something different.
With Lollipop, we have moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. That said it has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward.
Few more things we will say is that we don't accept nor ask for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc.....
We will never ask for a dime. All we do ask is that you search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!

Check second post for changelogs
Best rom I have used on this device since I've got it (I've used a lot of them). Best performance and has mostly everything I need included. Only thing I would like to see fixed is the scrolling. The scrolling doesn't continue itself and you have to scroll a couple of times to get to the bottom of a web page for an example (flinging doesn't work only swiping).
*Also a max of only 6 cores are running at time. CPU1 and CPU2 are stopped at all times in CPU-Z.

CarbonROM is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. Please feel free to look, build, and use our code at Github and at Gerrit.
Pre-Disclaimer:
THIS IS AN UNOFFICIAL BUILD. Please keep any problems with those builds in this thread, we don't accept any bugreports for unofficial builds anywhere else.
Disclaimer:

Support:
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
Notice:
Before you flash, backup everything important of your device, then flash the ROM in TWRP.
MORE IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are very proud to announce that we are the first and only custom ROM to actually get the Now Listening Feature working on AOSP.
Working ?
Almost everything.
Not working ?:
Selinux enforcing.

@brunorochaa00 Why do you keep creating new ROMs when you do not, or can not support the ones you have previously released? They all pretty much have the same bugs. Have you been successful with building the official kernel source? Have you tried? I have, unsuccessfully. I usually build kernels fairly easily, but this kernel seems impossible. You post a new ROM then disappear for days to build another one. I would suggest you pick a few and stick with them. Just my 2 cents.
EDIT: I truly do appreciate your efforts, but building ROMs as a hobby just for the sake of building them, without supporting them is not good for any of us. If there are other support channels for some of these ROMs, please let us know.

Who are you to tell me what I should do? worry about your life bro. Prisma is in rebase status on sources, just when I release. Then I'll release later.
About kernel, I've done with a friend today, fully from source, check Pixel Experience thread.

I sincerely apologize. I certainly was not telling you what to do by any means. Just making a suggestion.
Regarding the kernel, Great news! I have not seen the updated PE thread. I will check it after this reply. Curious to know, what was the trick to building the kernel? I tried some kernel patches, but none helped. I keep dying in the build with vdso errors. Grrr!
