Yes, go to magisk downloads and download n install v4a by shady squirrel. It works like a charm

Got it working already, had some trouble because it was not working with youtube properly but worked with other players.

I use greenify and app ops and works good
Just install the last Xposed apk (3.0 alpha 4) and flash this zip https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591020540824278 (For arm64 by wanam)

Anyone tried this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/wip-gyroemu-accelerometer-magnetometer-t3424314, its a module for imitating gyroscope for devices which doesn't have gyro. tried once but had a problem with "settings" settings gone autoclose, i just disabled it from modules and everything's back to normal. just wanted to know if other variants/version is okay with this module, thanks!

I flashed xposed from this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/huaw...-lite-t3425315)
But it seems like it doesn't work at all, none of the modules I installed are actually working.
So what could be the source of the problem? Is there any possible solution?
Was anyone able to make it work ? I tried multiple ways (don't even remember all of them) and nothing worked.
I'd love to get this working again, it's kind of a life changer for me.

Whenever I try to install it, it says I need Magisk 15.0+, but I'm on 15.2 Beta.
I guess running the Beta can cause these issues.

I forced an update of Magisk Manager & Magisk even though I had latest verion and it worked.

Hi. I install v4a v15 via magisk and tried creating myself a kernel folder for the irs file. However, I cant load the irs file from the app. It just shows the profiles available. Is this normal or i'm doing something wrong?

Yes it works great , u need a rooted device. I use magisk manager, without magisk u might face bootloop. Take a complete backup before you flash this zip.

I'll post the steps
1. Install magisk
2. Uninstall both Dolby apps using system remover ( since u already installed ).
3.Boot to recovery again , wipe caches and boot to recovery again.
4. Flash this zip.
5 reboot.
I've had the fc issue when I had other audio modifications installed, in case this is the problem, install audio modifications library from magisk then flash Dolby.

Only problem "Root Explorer" stops working.

On it's official support thread some people haven't been able to get v4a working with this and audio compatiblity patch. Bootloops and stuff.
Do you use any combination of mods that helps with your music experience?

Use es explorer to access system files , works well. No, i dont use any other audio mods along with dolby. Haven't tried because I've been using dolby since marshmallow.

I think you use V4A,. You can try selecting Dolby in Convolver-Impulse Response. Not the true Dolby Atmos feel but something is better than nothing

I have uninstalled viper 4a and tried ddp version from 20181127
Even that is specified that it is for magisk, I managed to install it only from twrp.
Works fine, maybe too fine, the sound level very high. on speakers and headphones too.
so, it works fine on my aicp 14 pie

the onn android tv boxes can be rooted pretty easily and you can use a magisk module to make Viper4Android work.

Well, followed the instructions to a T, installed Magisk properly, got SU, installed the Viper module, got to Viper control panel throught the FX file manager app window..but it seems Viper has no effect..it says no on the driver tab..most Viper controls wont slide blue..does it work for you properly?

I will try it out later today. You could always try a different version of viper4Android by looking up viper4Android on GitHub and looking for one that has been updated recently.
