I'm pretty disappointed with the throughput, but seeing that this thread isn't rated 1 star, maybe it's my Netgear router.
videos buffer when I'm in between my phone and router from approximately 15ft from the router.

Works quite well. Didn't take official measurements. Can at least do 90+ Mbps DL.
