[request] slow motion camera - Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 Questions & Answers

Recently rooted my M1 and enjoying
1.Gcam with lense , panaroma , stablized video @60fps etc.
2.Live wallpapers
3.Root exclusive NOVA Launcher feature.
Now mobile feels like a flagship , Gcam is must for this mobile.
One last thing that I personally want is Slow Motion video @ 240fps (either be it in low resolution) support.
I had it on my LG G4 2 years prior to this device, though the resolution was less that 720p .
I would be greatful if anyone can some how port it Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. @Arnova8G2

have you asked Arnova8G2?

Zenfone 3 max Super resolution camera mode

Hello there. I own Asus Zenfone 3 Max model X008D 2Gb Ram 32 Gb Rom
I received the latest firmware WW_Phone-13.1.0.47-20170213
overall I am happy with this phone but I have a weird problem.
Camera mode Super resolution doesn't work since I bought the phone.
It make photos but resolution of the photos instead 52mp is 13mpx.
It show me the long processing screen when I capture, but the result after is nothing.
I ask asus about this problem and ofcourse I still don't have answer.
Am I the only one with this problem.
Any suggestions ? Please.
I'm with the latest software, and I try to clean cash of the camera app, no success.

ASUS Pixelmaster app port for zenfone max pro m1. Works?

Since the Snapdragon camera app provided with the zenfone max pro m1 is terrible. I was wondering whether a pixelmaster camera apk from asus works in the device or needs to be ported? Can anyone confirm the same.
Yes it works fine .
Are you sure? I'm talking about the ZenUI Camera App here not the stock Snapdragon Camera.
Can you provide screenshots if possible?
No, it works worse than the stock app. Moreover you can't install the latest version of Pixelmaster app.
Is there a way it can be ported? Even Zenfone 5 comes with SD636 and similar specs with zen ui5. So there's a possiblity.
I got the ZenUI Camera running too, but the Super Resolution does not work, and the output quality is worse than Gcam anyway.
You can get the apk from apkpure, or you can simply google zenui camera apk to find one.

[APP] [REQUEST] Redmi Note 5 Pro Camera Port

Hey guys, I've been using the 6 GB variant for a while now and everything is good but the video stabilization is abysmal, both with GCAM and the stock app. The EIS stutter is prominent and makes the video almost unusable even when shot outdoors. The RN5P in contrast has excellent video stabilization. This just hurts me.
Because the stabilization is gyroscope based on both devices, I was wondering if we could port the the RN5P camera app to our phone. Or even that of the MI A2 will do I guess?

Does this phone have inferior camera compared to Non Pro M1?

Hello all,
My mum uses a Asus Zenfone Pro M1 (Non Pro) device for past two years and obviously the software on it is utter rubbish, so I was looking in the used market to grab a Pro M1 model as it has better hardware and obviously stock android. I bought one at fair enough price but today after receiving the device I see that the phone takes horrendous photos, compared to the Non Pro M1. I have to take a lot of photos of documents, and all the photos significantly lack details, especially at the corners! The Non Pro M1's photos are much sharper, to a shocking extent. I tried a GCam mod but it's the exact same as default stock camera found on stock A10 ROM!
Here are two comparison photos. Please have a look at these and confirm whether I have a dud camera or is it something else.
