try with 20180122-1
Make sure you are on Oreo with Magisk Permissive script v1.2 installed and using TWRP 3.2.1.1

Note: - there is a space between the "https://" and "photos". Remove it and link wiill work

No , it doesn't support Dolby Atmos.
You can flash Atmos on custom roms just fine, look for Dolby Atmos for Oreo on xda. I recommend V4A tho.:laugh:
