And It seems the sound problem in former builds have been fixed
It takes time to test
Plus: Because I'm in China Mainland, there is an “x” on the wifi icon,I tried some ways I used on other roms but they all didn't work

How should I flash this rom? I get bootloop all the time. I only flash this rom and open_gapps-arm64-8.1-nano-20180616. I'm doing full wipe(dalvik/art, cache, system, data, internal storage). I tried with all partitions on ext4 and with cache and data on f2fs(cause setting f2fs on /system causes install error) . I tried with 8.4.26 FW and 9.5.2.0. I use TWRP 3.2.1-1 (non Treble version). How any of you installed it without bootloop ?

That's wired.I just wiped the system ,data and the internal storage. Maybe you can try flashing magisk with it

Tried with both Magisk 16.0 and 16.4. Same result. Bootloop and after some time reboot to twrp with rescue party sign.

What happens if you flash the ROM without gapps?
Flashing only toxycos without gapps and magisk had the same result. Bootloop and after some time twrp rescue party. Maybe when new build comes out it will work for me. For past week I was searching for working rom. I had overheating issues with AEX, RR, Pixel Exp, I had sound issues on AEX, PE, LOS and crDroid, BG345 kernel helped with overheating issues on some occasions but broke camera and hardware buttons. Some of these roms even without overheat had high battery drain. Basically only working rom for me is MIUI, no Oreo based rom. Idk why it's not on xda but I found on other forums rom called MoKee OS. And it seems everything works perfect even if its oreo rom. Sounds working great, no overheat or battery drain, hardware buttons working and camera. I'm not gaming on phone so I'm not sure about gaming performance, but non of the other custom roms were good for daily usage. I'm not trying to advertise, just worth mention to someone who is/was in situation like mine.

And, afaik, Mokee is having troubles on flashing process (It's giving error 6 If I remeber correctly).

version no treble de twrp? test with another same AEX, RR, CrDroid and then flash this ... of course if you know some version of twrp 3.2.1 treble for natrium pass me the link

Fortunately for me I had no error during flashing Mokee. However the fingerprint scanner doesn't work as good as on LOS or RR. But I had similar problems with it on crDroid and AEX so i can live with it. And yes, I downloaded zip from 3 different mirrors(canada, usa, germany) cause they had different download speeds and I thought maybe sth didn't downloaded till the end but they were all matching size to whats on androidfilehost. I will stick to Mokee for now and wait for new build of Toxyc to come out.

I'm sorry I made a mistake. I was thinking about treble for Redmi 4 Prime cause I also use it. https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=890129502657599344 , I haven't seen treble twrp for natrium :silly:

I'm in China mainland too, if your network can access google , the “X” in status bar will disappear.

yes, but buggy when change overlay state that you need to force reboot your device.
just in case, maybe some ppl don't know how to apply substratum themes on most custom Oreo roms.
here the steps.
1. Download substratum from Google Playstore.
2. Download any theme substratum on Google Playstore (Make sure its compatible with Oreo 8.1)
3. Open substratum and you will see theme that you've installed before then select and "build & enable" it.
4. Reboot your device.
5. after boot completed, open substratum again and select "manager". You will see everlay not enabled (with orange text).
6. select all overlay that you want then select "change overlay states" . your systemUI will restart.
if you facing blank screen after step 6, don't panic! you just need force reboot your device by pressing and holding power button until your device rebooted.
Don't forget to backup your important data first.

I can only say that Omni is way more customizable, smoother user experience and over all have smoother feeling in it. You can try both and decide what's better for you. As for me I'll stick with Omni course there's no better rom out there for me. And I tried them all.
Good battery life and less battery drain at idle.

You always have to do full wipe before switching to another rom even if its the same android version.
and newest firmware should work just fine
MI5s Plus Natrium devices : syberia_natrium-v2.0-20181119-1435-OFFICIAL.zip
I have problem:
1.Game Gyroscope + Cpu z sensors (all) not working.
2.CPU throttling test : Instead of interrupting the gradual speed to be tested, the large core falls directly to 1 and closes. The test continues as 3 cores. (Generally good)

Well all sensors are working as you can see on my screenshot
You have to do full wipe before flashing rom otherwise you will face strange errors like that

Edit : Re Flash orginal Xiaomi Miui 10 eu stabil oreo rom All Sensor work fine. Syberia os not works sensors.
My Mi5s plus Global edition 4/64 - 2017-03 Revision.
Can confirm same bug, all my sensors are not working, neither Proximity or light sensor.
Maybe flashing newer firmware will solve this

Weird, i flashed official Global Dev 8.11.15 just before this, fw shoud have updated in the process.
I'll try again later
P.S.: Do you se GAPPS? Because some versions on LOS cause bootloops, maybe they're the problem.

Hello Friends!
I had troubles to find current builds for my devices so I decided to make regular builds for my devices. When my friends told me about similar problems, I extended the builds to include their devices as well. So these builds were and are mainly for my friends and me, but I finally decided to provide them also for public download.

My unofficial Resurrection Remix (LuisROM) an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your device. The LuisROM build server generates automaticly every 2nd days new builds directly from the sources.

Sometimes I get a lot of help or feature requests from users of my LuisROMs. My dog Luis and I try to fulfill most of the wishes, but that is not always possible. I do that as a little hobby and Luis does not always want to build ROMs . Please understand if I can not always answer directly.

Good to see PIE based RR LuisBuilds.
Wifi seems to work when device boots for 1st time and completing setup. After completing setup wifi and hotspot doesn't turn on at all.
Will try to get logs asap.

Edit: Replacing default kernel with Wolf Kernel fixes WiFi & Hotspot
Signature spoofing seems to not be fully implemented. Signature spoofing checker app says that system gives signature spoofing but does not actually spoof the signature.
Still bug on Wifi, sometime while changing Wifi, auto OFF,.. need restart,.. hope you fix it,.. but thanks for sharing this ROM...

Great rom, battery backup and more, try!

It is a lot of work after using 1 year 5.8.5 Luis to restore data on 7.0.2 Luis.
So I try to find out if it is worth all the effort.

Yeah, I understand. But, actually I switched to aosip bikram rom. So, I cant write you sot etc.
And last, rom is good, everyrhing works, I recommend with all my heart.
Bikram aosip is veey good to.

Nothing wrong with Nougat and RR 5.8.5 Luis
Great battery life (up to 4 days, little calling)
I made backup with TWRP 3.1.1-80 on /sdcard for RR585. Then installed RR702.
Decided to go back and restore RR585.
But now TWRP cannot mount /data anymore: Failed to mount '/data' (No such process)
/data is ext4.
Is /data so much different on RR702?
How to solve?
EDIT: never mind. Using fastboot flash and TWRP 3.3.1-1 recovery.img it is ok now.
Some feedback on this rom.
I tried it for a day, just to experience what RR702 has to offer. My daily rom is RR585 Luis.
In general it lacks a lot of customization like colors and text styles 585 has. Some problem I noticed:
- custom led color notification don't work well
- network traffic on status bar not showing
I don't see any advantage using RR702 over RR585.

First time installing crDroid to your Redmi Note 5/Redmi 5 Plus, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running the latest TWRP Treble Recovery
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
5) Flash gapps
6) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

Good ROM, quite stable for a first release. A couple bugs I noticed:
- Encryption does not work (like other Q ROMs for vince), it simply goes to a black screen and boot loops if you reboot. You must full wipe from recovery to boot up again.
- Changing theme icons and accent colors causes the same type of error - black screen and boot loop.
I dont have any issue changing theme icons and accent colour bro.
Neither do I, but I've noticed when using the Dark theme some images in Gmail appears as the negative version of the colors
The default camera takes photos with strange colors somethings, I installed another camera and works fine
Taking selfie video indoors are waaaay too dark
Push notifications in Whatsapp seems to work strange.... I can't receive messages until I open up the app manually.
Some FC here and there, but overall very good ROM, I've noticed better battery than CrDroid 5
Under crDroid Settings > Navigation, toggling off the Navigation Bar will turn it off, but after reboot the nav bar reappears and you must toggle it on and off to hide it again.
Unable to add new calendar events using the stock calendar. I can view, but there is no option to add events and touch/press has no effect.
Does this ROM have maximum charging level feature? It'd be great to have it built in the system, just like in Syberia OS.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

No, this is only for A10 firmware, if you flash on A11, you will get hard brick, RR latest is Android Q based

I have also inculde a fully proton clang compiled fenix kerenel zip in the downloads folder, i recommend you flash this along with the ROM while installing it for better performance and battery backup. See the instructions. For some reason i couldn't build it inline with the ROM due to build errors.

A much needed update for this release thread, I had made two new builds before, but didn't get round to updating this thread due to being busy in IRL. ( and lazy ... )
So anyone who downloaded the ROM recently, please check the updated OP and changelogs and verify which build you are on. Please update to latest ver. if you are on any past ones.
The latest build is bug-free with everything working.
If you are on the latest build, no need to flash again. Because the files in the download links were update long back on the release date of changelogs, i just didn't get around to updating this thread. Sorry for that.
And if anyone likes AOSP and still on A10, i am releasing a Corvus ROM A10 build soon.

This is real late but, yeah you can flash any kernel theoretically, just be sure to flash DTBO if you encounter any problems or bootloop. Fenix and Stock LineageOS+ is just the kernels i confirmed working and supported on RR.
