Follow method 2 adb from here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s8+/themes/fonts-wings-samsung-fonts-1200-root-t3710688
You will have a lot of fonts then ..

Thank you all. I thought change font for stock Samsung keyboard should be like this for the Oreo:

If you have root you can ofcourse flash custom fonts through twrp.. but method that I posted above works for non root users too and I am unrooted and all is working perfect.. and in the end all thanks goes to the respective devs who made these things available for us

Thank you for your quick reply, plus I already thanks the OP . Yes I rooted my phone and FLASHED this method through TWRP. However, I got bootloop and cant turn on the phone. I think this method did not work for Oreo.

Dr.Ketan Port for Note 4 (Marshmallow)

So Dr.Ketan's S7 Edge port works on note 4 according to some youtubers and some commenters using the fixes present. It can be seen here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lrPz-PXGFQ
But one problem that isn't stated in the video, but everyone in the comments has a problem with is SMS. Is there any way to fix SMS? How do people using other Dr.Ketan roms on Sprint phones get the SMS to work?
I've already created a thread for such a ROM before stating all the required instructions.
Needless to say, SMS fix is also available by @ricohz.
Here's the link to my thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-sprint/development/steps-to-install-dr-ketans-rom-g-t3379659
This thread seems pointless & might confuse the readers.
Would request you to take it down.
Thanks!

Yours works for marshmallow too?
The ROMs that require you to flash from Lollipop to Marshmallow don't really work for me and are not what I want. I just want a ROM that goes from marshmallow to marshmallow like in the video in the first post, the only problem with that ROM is the SMS not working which is what I'm here for. Ironically, you say my post is confusing but it seems like yours is also. You state in the first couple lines that it's for people "who are using Sprint's Note 4 (N910P) outside of US and are stuck with Sprint's ROM" which I'm not apart of, but you told me to still use it. That does not make sense... Also "For instance, I'm using the unlocked variant of N910P with a GSM carrier, so I was having problem in connecting to the Hot-Spot feature as all of my devices were stuck at "Obtaining IP Address" loop and eventually would never connect." is a WHOLE different problem that I'm having so please clarify this before you tell me that my post is irrelevant just because you made one first.
Edit: Also that data fix does not work for SMS, even people in the thread are saying that, is there another one that I'm not seeing?

Oh ok, thanks! I'll try the Verizon version. What's different between the two and why does sprint work on the verizon one? Do you know?

I tried the Sprint M3 and M4 got bootloop. No success with the Dr Ketan M3 or M4 data fix either. I also tried nameless fix and the T-mo fix. None of them boot, if it boot, it gave sim error. The only one that work is the Verizon V2. It worked with M3, M4 and M5. I don't have an answer for you as to why on that one work for me but it does.

I just reflashed it, and now it is working but it just takes quite a while to send and receives messages. I can live with it tho, but how do I get root on it? Root checker and titanium backup says it's unrooted

Flash super su you should of also flashed Dr Ketan M5 fix which address this issue
But you can just flash super su
And you aren't just limited to Dr Ketan rom
Mms should start sending out faster rom just needs to settle in
By the way download booster works and Android pay as well

Magisk on S7?

I just switched from a Sprint Galaxy S6 to a Verizon Galaxy S7 and it's a drastic change to me lol.. First off, I wanna know if Magisk (Systemless root and Xposed) works on here and how I would go about flashing it on this device. I had the most *****in' setup on my S6, so I'm trying to replicate it to some degree.
I haven't heard anything about custom recoveries for the S7 just yet, anyone have an idea? Sorry for my noobish appearance here lol, I just need an introduction because I'm missing out on so much without my root and Xposed.
EDIT: I may have posted this in the wrong thread. If so, could a mod move it to the proper place.
Note- I am of course referring to the G930V in this post. I'm on the APH1 update.
No custom recoveries yet. The root method at the top of this forum works and gives you access to xposed. That's the best option we have right now.
Eh, I guess I will have to deal with what I have for now. Thanks for the reply.
Are there any custom kernels that can be used with the Verizon S7?

Flashing firmware through odin, bootanimation modded. What to do?

Hello Guys,
I was using some roms s8 port, and yesterday i just installed the original fimrware through odin. Everything was ok, except the bootanimation. It keeps showing "S8+" after turn the phone ON. After that, the bootanimation default in samsungs devices.
I think that installing the firmware through odin, everything is erased and back to original. Can anyone help me to back the bootanimation to "s7 edge"?
I need to put this phone on sale this week.
Thanks for everyone that every time helps me.

follow the instructions and next time just search...

Thanks for your answer.
I just asked here, cuz I didnt found anything related to this, I just found topics like "how to mod your bootanimation". And the Tutorials to restore the original bootanimation uses ODIN, and I already tried this.
Sorry but your answer doesnt help.

Flashing generic ROM on Verizon LG V20

Hello all,
I have got a new LG V20 from verizon and I want to flash a standard ROM (Hopefully Android 8.0). I had a verizon Samsung note 4 and didn't manage to flash a new rom (I've used Odin, followed the procedure - which worked on other phones).
I've found this ROM https://forum.xda-developers.com/v20/development/rom-h91820f-oreo-root-t3848854 and I want to flash it.
Would you know if there's anything I need to do to flash a rom? Also, if you have any help links that'd be great!
Thank you!

If you flash a H918 rom on your phone you'll brick, why not just flash a rom for your specific variant

Hi,
thank you for your response. I have seen how much bloatware and pointless Verizon apps are on the phone - which are further useless as I live in the UK so I can't really use all of the services provided.
There's no way to install a clean rom without just the basic necessary apps?
Thanks,
