Soft Bricked Boost Moto E4. Stock Firmware? - Moto E4 Questions & Answers

I tried flashing a patched kernel to fix Magisk, but it looks like it was built on an older firmware and it bricked my device. I looked online and tried to find a flashable zip to return to full stock and start over, but the only one I can find is too old and is failing to flash in RSD Lite. I don't know what firmware version my device had before I started flashing, so I'm looking for anything that's compatible with the recent security updates.
My device is able to get to Fastboot, so I think it can still be saved. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Just in case my answer didn't go through. That's the newest I could find.

Thanks. My device has come back from the dead!

Huawei Y625-U51 Soft Bricked?

I soft bricked my Y625-U51 (I bought it as a second phone to mess around with) and tried to install a version of cyanogenmod not made for this phone, this threw it into a boot-loop, effectively soft-bricking it, the thing is, i could just flash the stock firmware from the huawei site onto the phone right? Problem is, they don't have it up for download, or any info on it, and all the versions i found online, are older than the currently installed firmware, giving me the "can't install this package over newer build" Error, what do i do? I would be fine using the older firmware, but is there a way to disable the time check, and/or does anyone have a newer version of the firmware?
I need solution too

Unrooting help

I rooted earlier and I wanted to unroot but i'm on firmware g935aucs4apk1 and I can't find a download for it anywhere, and none of the other firmwares i've tried to flash have done much either. Would flashing the latest g935u unroot my device or just break it? Does anyone know where to find a firmware download for g935aucs4apk1? Thanks.
Im in the same boat. Did you find the firmware?

Do the G935U, works great.
Did you flash 935u FW??
God, it took forever and so many different attempts, but I finally got it. For the OP and anyone else in the same situation, you should use the G935AUCS4API2 firmware to return to stock. The firmware and details on what to do can be found HERE, but the gist of it is to download the BL/AP/CP/CSC then use Odin 3.12.3. Afterwards, just update back to APK1 and everything will be as it was.
I was on firmware G935AUCS4APK1 too and rooting turned the phone into a complete mess. Lag, endless forced close on numerous apps (including Google Play), and the additional fun of the phone randomly being bricked after restarting. All for a root that didn't even fully worked.

Restore from 6.0.1 back to official stock from and bootloader

I am using Aryanof s7 edge port in my note 3. I need to restore everything back to official. So I think I need to go back to 5.0.
Do I just download the official from and install in obin? How can I restore bootloader too? Thanks.
Use Odin to flash the latest stock ROM for your phone. The stock ROM will include the bootloader, modem, system.
Thanks. Any special instructions I need to be aware?
I tried to downgrade for my previous s2 but it becomes bricked several years ago. I then notice some big version cannot downgrade. That's why I create a thread.
Let me try
I recommend flashing the latest stock ROM for your phone. This will ensure that the bootloader and modem are not being downgraded.
unfortunately, the phone is bricked.
there is a need for me to use the latest stock rom which is 5.0. May I know what I can do?
My retailer gives me some discount for my new phone but I need to restore to the stock rom
If the phone is bricked you can do nothing .Bricked is dead phone .
How did the phone brick?
It keeps rebooting. I then tried to flash another 5.0 stock ROM and due to other things happen, I just leave it there. Amazingly, when I come back, I see the setup screen.
Now i successfully downgrade from 6 to 5. Thanks

Need help unbricking a Zenfone 3 ZE552KL. Is there a full system image that I can flash?

So a few months ago i tried unlocking and rooting my old zenfone 3, it failed horribly and now I'm left with a bricked device. Because its been a while I don't fully remember all the details, but I think I might have corrupted some part of the system and then did a full wipe/format which left me with nothing, at this point i might have found a system image with the very first firmware version and when i tried installing the latest firmware update from the Asus website, I realized that I would need to start flashing from the very first update to the final update. I tried looking for custom firmwares and they also needed an up to date original firmware.
And now i need to use the phone again but still can't figure it out, the phone is now just stuck on a bootloop. I don't really know what to do anymore. One thing I keep thinking is if there is a full system image of the up to date stock firmware, an image file that i could just flash onto the phone and have it running again. Though I haven't seen anything like that, so I don't think that exists or will work with this phone
Can someone please help me? this phone has been a brick for months and now I need some help recovering it
TL;DR Wiped the entire phone, lost the android system, and now I don't think I can use the phone unless I manually update the phone from the very first update to the last. I'm looking for if a full stock system image/backup with the latest (or atleast new-ish) version exists, though I'm very doubtful that this exists at this point

Device not starting/black screen after stock-ROM flash via Odin

Hello, everyone,
I tried to install LineageOS on my S10 Plus yesterday. That worked so far, but I found that it didn't have a decent camera app and the Samsung Watch wasn't that easy to connect either. So I thought I'd just go back to the Stock ROM again. I then downloaded the latest stock firmware according to this guide and installed it with Odin. The installation also runs through, after the installation the mobile phone starts and after the start screen there is an Android man with the signature "Erasing". After a few seconds, the device turns off and stays black. Even if I put it on the charger or try to restart it, nothing happens. I keep getting into download mode and recovery, but that's about it. Multiple reinstallations and resets via the recovery didn't help - the phone just won't start.
I used the CSC_... and not the HOME_CSC_... at the firmware is the right one for my phone.
Is there any way I can salvage the device? I'm afraid that something in the memory is defective now, which has nothing to do with the flashing itself. Do you have any ideas?
Many thanks!

EDİT: Anyway, I solved the problem, I flashed the bootloader and modem file that is suitable for my current version from the same site with twrp and the phone turned on. maybe you can solve it by flashing the bootloader and modem file suitable for the current version. try if you want
Thanks a lot, this worked!

I'm glad it worked.
I was very afraid that the phone died, what did you do for 5 days in this state?
Now I have a question in my mind: When Samsung releases an update in the future, will the bootloader and modem files be updated when we update it with odin? won't it be updated? After that, do we will always update manually as twrp? do you have any idea?
Well, I simply didn't use a mobile phone in these days. It was a very "interesting" experience, but not a huge problem. I sometimes opened WhatsApp as Windows App (interestingly, which works without phone).
I don't know, what happens at a Samsung Update, but until Android 13, I will not update (so probatly never). In our German forum (www.android-hilfe.de), a pre rooted and debloated "Stock"-Firmware is provided, but I can't install it, since my Bootloader is too new (V15 instead V14 for the ROM). When it is possible, I will install this firmware. If you are interested, here is the link: https://www.android-hilfe.de/forum/...3-2022-stock-rom-v2-0-pre-rooted.1000713.html
