Enable Camera2 API and use OpenCamera, you'll be surprised how good the photos can be. I'd say that they're better than MIUI with stock camera app.

You need to edit your build.prop(you're going to need root for that), you can do it either using a text editor or something like a Kernel Adiutor, I think that there's also Magisk module for that, you basically need to add
persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1 to the end of this file, save it and reboot. Then you can install Open Camera, verify in Open Camera's settings if Camera2 API is enabled and shoot some photos

Why is it showing that redmi 4x has msm8937(snapdragon 430) as in reality it has msm8940(snapdragon 435)..
And even in geekbench..the single core score is higher than the multi core score(very illogical).
And gaming performance is too laggy

Huge Thanks for making roms for us! I can say that this rom is extremely fast and pretty stable. But battery life is kinda bad. Not sure if it's because we need Official Kernel source, but I lost around 60%+ within 1 hour of light/medium usage. Can anyone tell me if they also have this problem? If not then I will flash it again and try and see.

I am currently using Havoc and yesterday lost the fingerprint gestures(fingerprint scanner still unlocks phone,using FP&pin lock), is there anything I need to do or can do to get the gestures back?

1. Do we need to decrypt the data to install this ROM ?
2. Do we need TWRP Treble to install this ROM ?
3, Is NFC working ?
4. Is in call audio / echo bug present. ? How is the in call audio level ?
5. Is the camera working with third party apps like whatsApp and others ?
6. Do finger print gestures work even after encryption and do we need to remove the startup password for camera and flash light to work ?

Can't believe my eyes thanks a ton Shubham for keeping our p2 alive. Screenshots please :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

Absolutely no problems with instalation, everything works out of the box. Scrolling i.e in FB seems to be much smoother than in CrDroid, its my impression. No fast charging as yet, set up face unlock but no luck in unlocking with face recognition. Last one working flowlessly for me, was in Havoc on Oreo, using Magisk module - google face unlock, it was damn fast and accurate. Now it shows for 2-3 sec that I can face unlock, it fails and switches to FP unlock.

After couple of restarts FP gestures stopped working, any solution?

->Rom is based on AOSP. Verison is updated monthly.
-Why no "Incremental/Delta updates" Support?
->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.
-Does this ROM Support Substratum?
->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGapps
-How do I root this ROM?
->We recommend Magisk
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with latest security patches and new features.

Bugs known : app drawer and whatsapp status scroll lag

VPN is not working on the Latest build. I use 1⁴ from cloud flare. When I connected to it, it seems to be working but when i browse it doesnt works. Any possibility of rectifying the problem?
edit: I visited support page and the answer was there. It was the private DNS feature.
