I am on Global dev 8.12.20 and i think that multitasking can be really better. I have all battery optimizations turned off but still after some time i see many apps disappear from recent apps.
I hope will be better soon.

Just tried Taskbar from Google Play and listened to a podcast with freeform windows while on another app, not possible before this. No 2nd space, just this app. Almost Windows-like multitasking Nice!!

I saw several videos where Xiaomi phones were just horrible with Ram management, and i was pleasantly surprised when i got the phone and i didn't really have any problem with apps having to reload.
