is it possible to send digital audio out of the gv's 3.5mm jack, to a receiver for processing, using a toslink to mini toslink cable as can be found here:

if not, i assume digital audio can be sent out using the gv's usb port? thanks very much!

Is the 2.5mm headset jack on WIZARD video compatible?

I have this cable that plugs into a 2.5mm jack and on the other end are RCA connectors for a TV. Does anyone know if the headset jack on the bottom of the WIZARD has video compatibility or if it does, do I need some program to route the video to the TV?
Any help would be appreciated.
No, I'm pretty sure that the jack is audio out/mic in only. Sorry.

Using my Fuze as an Mp3 Player?

I have a pioneer stereo with an AUX input. What exactly do I need so I can plug my Fuze into the stereo so I can play some tunes thru it?
You need an audio, av-out cable, a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 adapter or even better a cradle with audio out

Using Phone as Speaker Through 3.5mm Line In?

I'm not sure this is the right place or whether something like this has been done before...
I have a WM 6.5.3 device with a 3.5mm headphone/mic jack. It obviously accepts input through that jack and I was wondering if I could somehow connect my mp3 player to my phone using a male - male 3.5mm cable and an app that will play everything that comes through the mic input through the integrated phone speakers? I see that my headphones equipped with a mic have an extra contact, so I would probably just have to cut them open and splice a male 3.5mm connector onto the end that usually has the mic/earbuds.

Well it arrived today and works perfectly so no more wires running everywhere. Result.
Get a A2DP Bluetooth clip type adapter with 3.5mm audio jack (detachable earphones) like: Sony Ericsson MW600,Motorola S605. And a 3.5mm male to male audio cable.
Headphone != lineout .... I guess OP meant lineout when they said AUX?

No mic when 3.5mm audio cable is plugged.

I had a similar issue with my Moto E2 a while back. Turns out that the 3.5mm audio cable I was using was designed for both input and output, so the E2 was identifying it as a headset, not headphones (my car's audio system does not have a mic). I bought another 3.5mm audio cable that was advertised as just audio output, and it worked as intended (output via audio cable to car speakers, input via phone's mic).
