Seriously??What were you expecting?Face Id with special sensors like in iPhone X in a 9k device?Face unlock has its own flaws in the realme 1(like not usable in really dark environments) but it is as good as it can get in a budget smartphone.
And fyi split screen is there.

It does support otg ..we can connect even a hard drive.when you connected an otg go to settings you will find otg connection is in off ..you have to manually make it on so you do connect otg devices.

What's the spelling of artist in inbuilt music app in realme 1 " artiste "

Go To Setting-> additional Setting -> OTG connection Enable/Disable.

Does anyone know how to change camera options when it comes to changing the recording resolution? I do not see any options except for normal and slow motion mode.

The fingerprint sensor being inaccurate is another area I see reviews criticising this phone and another area I beg to differ. It's all in the setup, whereby you need to move your finger around during setup to get maximum coverage. But then the setup instructions tell you that. I've yet to have a read fail.
I'm on 8.1, and the camera is extremely buggy. It firstly refuses to open and requires a reboot, then it freezes. Then it freezes again after taking a picture.
Same problem here but no solution, I hope someone help us
still need a lot of improvement

No support for Video stabilization on Third party apps at all. Gcam, Open cam and a bunch of others, Image stabilization doesnt work on any of them when recording videos
There is noticeable frame drop issue while recording video from stock camera app. It happens mostly when device heats up under direct sunlight.

Elaborate?
Camera UI is good. No major issues. Just slight lag while switching from 48MP mode after taking a picture but that can be accounted for the image processing.
after clicking a photo/video... the preview button does not respond for 3-4 seconds... this happens everytime regardless the resolution

Coming from a 4 years Zenfone 2 user, I fell like evolving backwards with R3Pro feature-wise.
Yes, Realme's Camera app is simple and easy to understand, and will certainly please most user. But I'm the type who appreciates more features and settings. Like many 'generic' phones today, in R3Pro there's not even option to change photo resolution. Sometimes I also use 480p video to record simple things, and video resolution option is not present in R3Pro. Luckily, anti-flicker is seems to be present (without any settings) and works well.
I got new software update just today and (I think) it adds the option to choose 30 or 60 fps in 720p or 1080p, and its awesome! Too bad I didn't have the 60fps option 2 days ago. I just went home from vacation where I record some videos using Open Camera app, I set to record in 1080p 60fps but strangely it outputs only 1080p 30fps.
AI works really well and recognizes the scene in 1 or 2 seconds. In-app editing is easy to navigate and has lots of options.

Lame software. I liked the V30 app better. I don't like that when I click the preview thumbnail, it has to open a separate app instead of allowing simple viewing and deleting within the camera app. Takes too long to delete images and the sliding row of thumbnails sucks to navigate through...it either skips over photos or goes too slowly.
The overall UX is better than my LG V20, and the speed too, but I definitly went to Smart Launcher 5 again. Easier and faster in every daylife situation use. I usally go back to the LG launcher when I'm on dual screen mode but it's not even mandatory. It's just that the two screens are more looking alike.
EDIT: in fact no I stick to SL5 even in double screen.
