Sorry to hear that you have bricked your watch. I am thinking that you have used the firmware upgrade option in SP Tools and flashed all the items - including the pre-loader?
The KW88 and others have different pre-loaders and a different screen resolution and screen drivers.
In a situation like this you should use the download only option in SP Tools and NOT flash the pre-loader.
However, it's a bit late for this advice now.
If you did not flash the pre-loader it is the different screen causing the problem.
If you post a link to the website that shows the watch and the details for it - I will see what I can do.
I've checked, I can't get it for you. Sorry.
Maybe. Needrom might have it?

Yes Pablo11, I've firmware upgraded it.
Cant find manufacturer website. Only gearbest page "Gmove GW10s"
Now what can I do to revive the watch?

The only way is to contact the seller and ask for the stock firmware.
Sent from my BLA-L29 using Tapatalk

I am having the same problem with the Gw10s. I already requested the firmware stock, but no one responds to the message. Maybe you have better luck when ordering too. The Gmove website is http://www.gmove.cc/

I have the stock firmware. Want it?

Please send me the GW10s stock. So far I have not found anywhere on the internet.

[Q] Soyan M9 Smartwatch

Bought Soyan M9 smartwatch a month back but still struggling to dowload/create new watch faces.
Google alot if any tool is available but didn't found.
I am also not sure what is operating system on it but suspecting tencent OS. However if any tool is not available and i suspect this is MTK processor based device so anyone can tell me if i can install Andorid on it.
Could not get even hardware Specs of the watch.
Some info about Soyan M9.
i hav asked same questions to supplier and have got below reply.
I had response you later, have not you got it?But no worry,i can send it again. Here is the reply for our supplier,
1.This is Taiwan MTK mediatek chips, cosmos Slim function machine and PDA system software package.
2.The APP name Mediatek smart devices. You can go to Google Play or Apple Store download it.
3.the chip: MT6260 ,frequency :350 M,it can support GPRS and MMS, WAP and so on.
4.There are three watch faces, you can provide 240 * 240 pixels image here if you want download more faces, our supplier can built into the software.
However i didn't get how to update or upgrade firmware.

Thanks in advance.
Soyan M9 smartwatch firmware
Worst product service so far. I bought watch couple of months back but took long time to know about hardware.
This watch is dead totally and I kept asking for firmware so I can flash the watch to make it work again.
It's almost more than 20 times now that I asked for firmware but those Support people unable to understand my mail.
Unfortunately I have to take help from outside the soyan support. I request if anyone who bought this watch, can able to backup firmware and share me.
I would recommend to take backup of firmware anyway because after bricking of watch you won't able to get from soyan support.
If would appreciate if anyone can help and provide me firmware.
Firmware
Anyone in this forum who is using soyan m9 smartwatch. If yes then pls take backup of firmware using flash tool and help me providing the link.
you're the only one posting in this topic, i'm afraid you're on your own....
maybe we should put a sticky topic in this "Other smartwatches" section "DON'T FLASH YOU CHINESE WATCH"
Well, if you have soyan m9 watch then you can take backup of firmware using flash tool. Also can help me providing backed up firmware.
i have just got his watch. if you let me know how to take a backup i will try

Thank you for your kind support. Backup can be done using Flash Tool. Below is one of the youtube video to perform the same. It is also good to have backup as we never know when it could be needed to restore.

Different hardware K3 Notes ??

I need to buy 2 more notes.. Mine was a K50-T5 china model. Overall I am happy with that now its on marshmallow and would replace with same
Looking on aliexpress theres K50-T5 and K50-T3 which is slightly cheaper but seems to have the same specs ??
Is the T3s inferior ?? Runs the same ROMs ??
Any ideas ??
I think, hardware is same. Only difference is in stock ROM, T3s has less LTE frequencies.
On ali, you can read: "Surprise!!!After we install Custom Firmware, after flash custmoized rom, K50 T5 and K50 T3s Have same network frequency". Somewhere else I read, that you can use same ROMs for both versions.
I'm going to order the T3s
if the hardware the same.. why is there such a price difference ??
Can anyone confirm if the stock ROMs for the T5 work the same on the T3 ?? I need to buy a few so the saving is helpful, but it must run the new 6.0 stock rom nicely.

I have the same doubt. Do you have any news?
I just bought 2 more T5 versions..
I need to set them up and leave them with employees.. I cant be worrying about if MM wont flash onto them for the 20 buck price difference.
To clarify : The hardware is exactly same apparenly, in aliexpress the sellers says they flashed a rom that allow all FDD LTE frequencies (they have screenshot of available frequencies).
But officially : T5 = Worldwide version with FDD LTE
T3S = China TD-LTE only.
Its the same sroty with Redmi Note 2 but officially they decided to include also FDD bands to allow users of China Mobile to use 4G when they travel overseas.
The only thing I still need to find out is that if flashing a T5 rom on T3S works (I'll try VIBE 3.1 tomorrow) or if the guys in aliexpress really use a special rom to make it work or if T3S rom actually has all FDD frequencies activated.
About price difference : Officially the T3S is only registred to be used on TD-LTE so they do not have to pay for FDD licenses. That's why all brands like Nubia XIaomi ... are cheaper in chinese version than worldwide.
Hello,
I m new user of t3S .
I registered to this forum, after reading this post.
I've wondered about this compatibility.
If it can help you, I've flashed (4 days ago) a custom rom (with vibeui/android 6.0 found on needrom) designed for the T50 on the "k3 note t3s" (Edit : without any modification) with success. I can't say for the 4G frequencies because i don't use them, but I didn't encounter any problem .
I have the t3s version from Ali Express too. I wonder what changes the seller made to the ROM.
The ROM is listed in the settings as VIBEUI_V3.0_1604_7.209.1_ST_K50-T3s
It's not listed on the XDA page of downloads.
Also, this ROM doesn't provide OTA updates.
But before flashing it, I think it would be a good idea to save the ROM as flashed by the seller. Just in case it doesn't work with this particular hardware. Also, I don't want to lose the 4G.
I'm not sure how to do that though.
Thanx Very Much

Need help identifying my phone and proper way to update it if possible.

Hi, I am new here. I hope I don't post something too obvious but I don't think it is since there are many specifics. I also hope this is in the right section of the forum, feel free to move it elsewhere if it is not. There is so much information going on that I'm a bit lost.
So I bought this samsung galaxy note 4 on kijiji a couple months ago. I noticed strange memory anomalies when I started to really understand the phone. I had to take it to a repair center because I thought I didn't have access to the full memory. The guy said this phone was either not from here (I'm from canada/quebec and I bought it in montreal) or it was a clone. It is so identical to a real one I would not have doubted it because it was the first time I had one in my hands. Yesterday I googled a bit on differences between real and fakes and I think it is a fake according to this youtube video from techmagnet: Fake vs Real Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - New Version - Best chinese 1:1 Replica for 150$ ? [HD]
Sorry I can't post the link since I'm new. Just copy paste the tilte.
It is pretty much identical to his fake so I guess it's the same. They have almost same informations. So first thing is it had only 16gb when I bought it instead of the 32 announced and is stuck on kitkat 4.4.4 while there is supposed to be a lollipop update I believe, maybe even marshmallow I'm not sure. So now that I know that, it doesn't bother me too much that it is fake because it runs very smoothly and properly. Now what I am wondering is how can I indentify what's really under this cover and can I update it. According to the video, the guy says there should be no problem. But I have never updated a galaxy note 4, my last one was a optimus black so nothing to compare. I have also never flashed or used custom rom or rooted a phone but I heard they can be faster, more stable (not that the one I have is not, it is perfectly stable) and with more options. I don't know if someone can confirm the real benefits of upgrading my phone.
Now if it is possible to do so I would gladly share the necessary information to help find the right firmware. So what information do I need, how do I find it and which rom should I run on this phone. There seems to be a lot of them and I don't know any of them actually. I have already the apps used in the video(cpuz, geekbench 3, and android assistant if this is what I need but they give different informations on some of the phone infos.. From what I learned from the repair store, the canadian firmware should be SM-N910c if I remember correctly but I'm not sure. But this phone says N910F which is why I thought it was simply a european model at first that was maybe stolen and sold back here because the IMEI was good. The guy at the repair store told me he was reluctant to change the firmware himself because he feared he might break the device with the wrong stock firmware, something I think should not happen with a custom one? Anyway he just reset my phone and I ended up losing memory because now it shows 4gb instead of 16 that should have been 32 in the first place, but I assume since it is a clone it must simply have 16.
Last thing I want to know is the guy who sold me the phone told me he had unlocked it for it to work on every network companies. I'm currently with koodo/telus. Can updating my firmware block it again, like erase the unblocking? Or is it safe? I assume it is possible that custom roms just unlock the phone anyway but I am a noob at this.
From what I can tell you at first those are the information I think might be usefull but I don't know if I need more. I'll just take the lead and share what I think might be useful:
Cpu z says I have qualcomm Snapdragon 800 3.00 ghz but Geekbench says I'm not actually going that fast.
It says 4 cores, should be 8 if it was a real note 4 I think
krait 400 architecture
revision r0p3
Gpu: Adreno (TM)330
(SM-N910F)
Board: APQ8084
Hardware: MT6582
Kernel Architecture: armv7l
Kernel version: 3.4.67 (N9100ZCU1ANIF)
System says 3000 of RAM but geekbench says I'm not actually reaching that.
And system, android assistant and Cpu z doesn't seem to agree on the amount of internal memory I have. Cpuz does say I should be having 16gb so I think a firmware update should give me back those extra gb right?
Sorry there are lots of questions but I need proper guidance to get me in the right direction. I hope this is enough information. Once I get to know which rom to use and the proper steps of installation I should be able to find my way.

I had S4 clone, and it just not good
Never buy clones,but never.You have 4GB memory,not 16GB.
For upgrading ROM,search on google MTK ROMS- you have MT6582,first u need proper recovery, than MTK tools(root and backup old system) and finily ROM(You need to copy aome files from ur currnet ROM in new one-files like drivers for wifi, camera,bt etc)
It complicated,YOU CAN BRICK DEVICE-and no,memory stay 4GB it real one
Ps Just check again if it for sure MT 6582(download app Genuine Galaxy - Phone Info)
And here is ROMS for you(each off this must be ported for your device-have instuction on site): http://www.mtkroms.com/p/custom-roms-for-mtk6582.html?m=1

I think I have one of the best clones there is so it's not that bad. I have a 64gb SD card so I don't complain about internal memory.
So does upgrading rom erase the network unlocking?
And how do I choose between all those roms? There are so many! I guess a marshamallow one would be nice but is it stable and fast with this device?
Should I go with a rom that's like the one I already have? I don't know which one it is. Is there a way to find out?
Edit: Genuine galaxy says my IMEI is one of a Mobi SM55.
It says the cpu hardware is Qualcomm MSM 8974.
It also says I should have 16GB rom. I'm confused now
And CPU model says: ARMv7 Processor rev 3 (v7l)
Install the app like the above user mentioned, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vndnguyen.phoneinfo&hl=en

May be u have good clon, but nvm it just not easy FLASH and UPGRADE like original one..If u brick device and not have backup, you cant do nothing
Seems there no MM(marshamallow) for mt 6582(last is 5.1.1 i think,or 5.0.1).Clone is never locked network,so you dont need to worry about that. But it just not easy to find& flash recovery and ROM :/ It will work so much faster, but i dont recommend if u dont know what doing...You will probalby lost AirComand(but have solution for that)
And yea,CPU-Z need to show correct info about CPU and chip ,or just try to find some 3hrd app on play store to be sure it is MT 6582(hardwer info,CPU / RAM / DEVICE Identifier, samsung phone info etc)
If you decide to flash, just root and use MTK Tools for backup(it very important)

So CPU-Z says hardware is MT6582 and board is APQ 8084 but it also says Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 on the first Soc tab
Hardware info says the chipset is Qualcomm MSM 8974 and cpu hardware is APQ 8084
Genuine galaxy phone info says CPU hardware is Qualcomm MSM 8974 but no chipset information.
Which one is the right info haha!
I know what I'm doing as far as I won't do anything blindfolded. I don't know a lot about phones, I have more knowledge of computers but I figure there's a start for everything. Somehow this phone may be a blessing in that it'll make me learn about all this stuff. I'll just make sure to know which one is my actual hardware and which rom to take. I'm in no hurry, don't worry. I'll take the time to learn about every step. I know the risks.
I was also wondering which step can actually brick the phone? Is it the rooting access or the flashing of a new rom?
And should I bother with kernel versions?

No,with rooting process all is safe(not 100% safe but ),but flesing recovery is complicated, must 'port' recovery by ur self..When u have fleshed good recovery,u have done 80%job
Whatever,I warn you but if u really want, you can send me PM with ur nimber phone and I will contact on viber or wp...I can help you trough TeamViewr

mate 8 NXT-C900

Hi guys,
I've bought my new mate 8 and the firmware is NXT-C900B180, so I suppose it's NXT-C900 for the model.
The strange thing is that I'm not able to find this model anywhere.
Any idea ?
I'm sure it's a Chinese model but that's all
Back side of the phone is NXT-DL00, what is the good firmware to upgrade EMUI 4.1 ?
.
TL00, DL00, CL00 = chinese versions, locked to chinese carriers.

Hello scotty2b I've got the mate 8 with the same firmware you have (NXT-C900B180) and I'm facing your same issue.
I tryed to install firmware for DL00 but I've got an error of compatibility.
Have you figured out?
Thank you
Hi everybody I own a Mate 8 that on the back of the phone says NXT L29, couple of nights ago I got an OTA update and the mobile gets the NXT-C900B320 with the surprise of missing fingerprint options from the settings, someone recomended to install stock firmware NXT-L29C432B320 to fix this issue what I did but still can´t get the fingerprint options on the settings, something very strange is that although on the "about this phone" says that I have NXT-L29C432B320 when I go trough the combination of * # * # 2846579 # * # * on the Version info everything shows as NXT-C900B320, for example Bootloader Version: NXT-C900B320_FASTBOOT, Kernel Version: NXT-C900B320_BOOT.
Can anyone bring me some light about this situation?
many thanks

Has anyone managed to root or flash custom firmware? Kingroot and various other no pc methods have failed.

Obviously, there has been no responses on this model. I have been looking with no avail. If I even knew where to begin working on a ROM for this I would atleast give it the going try, I have two of these and I found a stock firmware ROM that I may be able to use for recovery.
Have you heard anything else on this???
