Damaged Huawei Y3 II with lock bootloader

I have Damaged Huawei Y3 II with lock bootloader (no turn on - only recovery and fastboot). I tried to flash stock rom, but nowhere I could find him. I wrote to Huawei, they wrote back that at this time there is no such anywhere. I tried to unlock the bootloader using fastboot, but do not have a code that enables and I can not get it because the phone does not turn on, previously had no developer options. The only thing I know is the phone's IMEI number, serial number and a detailed model (Lua-L21) and the name of the software Lua-L21C576B105. I tried to generate the id of the product in HuaweiIdGenerator, but there is no such model, and I only need this to unlock the bootloader. Is anyone able to help me? Maybe someone can generate my ID od my Huawei phone? Thanks for the answers.

Hi What kind of phone

Redmi note 7 bricked with global rom

Hi, I was wondering if there is any solution to recover my phone, what happens is that a few days ago I was flashing my phone with my flash, but I forgot select the option that only flash everything without blocking the bootloader, instead of this, my phone got blocked and won't let me access because it marks "this miui version cannot be installed on this device", my pc detects the fastboot mode but it doesn't let me flash roms, I tried the latest Chinese version but it doesn't work.
My phone came with the bootloader unlocked and the global rom when I bought it.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Maybe try this tool : https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-7/how-to/tool-xiaomi-pc-tools-t4059275
Just unlock the bootloader again with same Mi account. Then continue using this OS.
The area code of the ROM must same to the bootloader area code, or the phone will refuse to boot when the bootloader in Lock State. Installing and using a ROM with different area code need an unlocked bootloader.

yes i did, still i get stuck half way thru on odin when i was trying to install twrp
So in your bootloader after pressing up(short click not long), on the upper screen does it say Oem lock = true or false?
If it says oem lock = off it sounds like you have to flash vbmeta in AP so you can flash unofficial binaries. Sorry if I can't follow your problem correctly, just trying to figure out if you just failed at some point or if something really is going wrong... This phone should unlock really easily.
Also may I ask which guide you are following?
Edit: Saw your post on the TWRP thread. So it seems your bootloader is unlocked! As long as you can boot to it you are fine, don't worry!
Get your firmware from frija, https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tool-frija-samsung-firmware-downloader-checker.3910594/
Make sure you get the right Firmware (Look at your phones box if you still have it, CSC should be at the end of the Model number, also my Box says its a M30FZ even tho it's a M30FN).
After you're back to running firmware and still wanting to install magisk, follow santooshs TWRP thread's install guide.

[HELP] - Workaround to unlock bootloader

Hi, good day!
Currently following an instruction from sony developer website on how to unlock the bootloader of my XZ2 Premium.
After ticking the OEM unlock, and checking the 'Bootloader unlock allowed', it still says 'No'.
I have H8116 model
I'm about to type the IMEI, but, upon checking the bootloader unlock allowed status, it says 'No'.
Thank you in advance.
