Dual Profile : No. This is stock Android. You will have to use Parallel Space or similar apps.
Customization : Pure Stock with gesture support.

In your settings, under Help, there is an entry for "Icon Glossary" that SHOULD tell you what each icon is for.
I searched it over all help and didn't found it
have you enable it via 3rd party launcher like nova ?
On the s4, that's air browse icon, but it isn't available by default in note 4
air gesture.
settings - air gesture on the fake phone.
the fake note 4 clones have it like mine (910f fake). the real ones dont (like my other 910u).
