does any developers still working on to bring nougat roms or everybody is now over nougat ?? just curious
Lineage 14.1, DotOS (paused at the moment) and Resurrection Remix (no feature, but at least security updates) are only three pretty good Nougat roms. You can find them all here:

Without a doubt CM14.1 The majority of the other custom Roms appears to be based on this instead of AOSP in any case, so whatever CM does, the others follow suit. Not as many options as some of the others roms, and the roms themselves always seem to be quite large considering they don't really feature many additional extras, but they generally work, and that for me is somewhat important.

Do CM14 affect the camera resolution? I mean, when I installed a cm rom on my old Galaxy S3, camera and sound were worse than when I had the rom stock, in the moto x style/pure is the same?

HELLO EVERYONE!
Basically, In my opinion, CM14/14.1 and Nougat Roms for Note 3 are a bit too buggy for daily usage....
But as a previous CM13 user, Lineage has now taken over the space left by Cyanogenmod.... I seen on several posts on this site, that there is cm13 versions of lineage, and in Androidfilehost, there is some links for some lineageOS note 3 Marshmallow builds by @kyasu ... are these stable? is there any other builds of marshmallow builds....and most of all....are they stable????

CM 13 is discontinued, you might be better off reflashing CM (now called Lineage) 14.1 or CM 14.1 based ROMs, Lineage OS OMS and Resurrection Remix as listed in the ROMs and Kernels forum both have working fingerprint detection and more. https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/development
