Can't boot into bootloader! - ZTE Axon 7 Mini Questions & Answers

Just unlocked my bootloader using Tuliptool. When tried booting to bootloader to flash TWRP to recovery. It just restarted my phone. I also tried getting to the bootloader by using the ADB command ADB boot bootloader and it also just restarted my phone.
Do you guys have any idea on how to fix this?
Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Edit: Figured it out. I had tried to flash TWRP using Tuliptool without having the TWRP img in the correct folder. At least that's what I think caused the problem.
I fixed it by reattempting to flash TWRP using Tuliptool this time with it in the correct spot.
Not sure, if I can delete thread or not... I'm a complete newb here ヽ(ヅ)ノ

[Q] Nexus 7 not detected while in recovery or bootloader, help me

Hi,
I wanted to install MultiRom on my nexus 7, so I tried
I first flashed the required zip folder, was working fine.
Then I went to flash the recovery.img
It was stuck on waiting for device, but I saw that I needed to upgrade my bootloader.
When I tried fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img, It was stuck on waiting for device.
So, I tried the flash-able zip.
I didn't put it on internal storage, so I adb pushed it.
But, it said "error: device not found"
I tried adb devices, but same thing.
I made a backup before all this, so I'm also wondering:
Will restoring not restore my apps/setting, etc?
Also, I'm using fastboot 3.41, TWRP 2.6.0.0
*EDIT*
Okay, rebooting my computer helped...
I am an idiot sometimes :c
Also, I have the latest CM10 nightly.
Is that the problem? (Prob isn't because it will detect it while normal)

Unable to boot to TWRP

After unlocking the bootloader, I attempted to flash the recovery to my A1. Unfortunately it doesn't boot into recovery...it keeps booting into system.
I'm on 1 December patch. Can anyone help to point me to the right direction?

You flash twrp by adb? You can't do that way
Can you explain how are you doing the process?
Using "fastboot flash recovery twrp_xxx.img" or "fastboot boot twrp_xxx.img"?
Detail the steps you make to try to boot the recovery.

even i tried with the latest twrp....its not booting to twrp... I'm having January patch....did you find a solution???
Try this, if you have rooted.
Check if there are these two files present.
->/system/recovery-from-boot.bak
->/system/bin/install-recovery.sh
If found, delete these two files.
You can use es file explorer. Mount system in r/w
Now flash twrp using rashr or flashify or fastboot... It should work.
Do it at your own risk. And do remember, whenever you flash a new rom, you should repeat this again.
I have the same issue
I have unlocked bootloader
I am on last May patch
I am trying to ONLY boot to TWRP with comand:
fastboot boot twrp.img
AFter this comand the device boot to system
May you help me ?

Help Please! - Mate 9 Softbrick

Hi All,
I flashed oreo to my Mate 9 today, all was well until I tried to root.
Now it won't boot, stuck in bootloop. I can get to Fastboot and TWRP Recovery.
Tried to reflash, but now no bootloop - just got fastboot and TWRP.
When in TWRP device is not showing up in ADB devices, so can't push anything.
Any ideas as to how to come back from this?
Thanks.
Things are worse now... it won't reboot to recovery. Can still get fastboot though.
When reboot to recovery it just sits on "your device is booting now..." and doesn't seem to progress. I have re-flashed TWRP via fastboot... but still the same.

Device shows phone and FRP as unlocked.
I have extracted the oreo update using a Perl script i found on another thread. Flashing system, kernel, recovery_ramdisk has made no difference.
Anyone able to help please?
What root did u use magisk or su?
Why don't you use this method?
Its safe and no more side effects.
Then after you can root with magisk.

I think i really messed up

So here is what happened. I decided to take a crack at twrp and rooting my essential phone. its fully updated to aprils patch
unlocked my bootloader. HOWEVER i never used the command fastboot flashing unlock_critical. how ever it still said my boot loaders unlocked.
installed twrp no issue (other then touch but i figured that out) installed elementalx kernal. made a backup in twrp just in case.
booted into android fine no problems. found out my wifi does not work. ok now im just giving up. found out flashing the boot img will fix it. well i flashed it via twrp and when it asked where i said to the boot.
now my phone boot loops. i cant get into twrp. only a default recovery mode for android. i can get into the boot loader but im scared because ADB cant find my device anymore. trying to wipe deivce makes it reboot and boot loop again.
am i screwed? i dont care about the data but its 3am and i think i really messed up my phone

Are you still bootloader unlocked?? Can flash files via fastboot? If you can run the command "fastboot flashing unlock_critical" and then flash bts from this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/essential-phone/development/stock-7-1-1-nmj20d-t3701681
