unable to unlock bootloader+wifi problem

Hey guys, I need your help. I'm unable to unlock bootloader. I downloaded everything I need, I got my unlock number from huawei site etc. When I run adb it detects my phone, I write down adb reboot bootloader, it switches my phone into that white screen where it says LOCKED. Then I run this command - fastboot oem unlock (my unlock number from huawei site) and it replies with- Waiting for any device and nothing happens. Phone is still locked, I cannot write more commands and even if I wait for some period of time, nothing changes and I am forced to reboot without unlocking
Do you guys have any suggestions?
PS: another problem...probably week and half ago my wifi stopped working..it detects different wifi routers, but I am unable to connect and if I connect, the internet is not working. I've read on other forums it could be hw issue. I've also tried every possible step to solve this problem but flashing new ROM, since I haven't been succesful with unlocking bootloader.

In fastboot(white screen with Android logo saying locked) type fastboot devices.
If it displays YOUR phone serial no of your phone then everything is fine. If no serial number appears then your phone isn't connected to minimal adb. Also it can be a driver/cable issue.

my problem is:
after updating my zenfone laser 2 to Version WW-13.1010.1612.53 android M marshmellow 6.x from recovery mode(stock recovery.img) >>> my phone serial number S/N and WIFI MAC and Bluetooth MAC had changed to unknown numbers that not same as back of its BOX!!!
notice: the serial number is true shown on FASTBOOT and ADB but in android it shows WRONG!!!
i did any thing to wipe catch and data , format data (twrp mode) ,advanced format all internal ,system ,dalvik.........(twrp) BUT after reflash it s not correct.
is there ANY WAY TO REPAIR THIS problem????

where the problem starts:
encrypt device in security menu--->deleting some junk folder on internal sd and restarting the phone ----> the phone not recognize my pattern and say must factory reset---->when factory reset performed all problem starts....althoug i restore my backup of data partition and unlock it but android say Unsuccesful decryption and data corrupted-------> all of my contact and sms are gone ,no backup excit not in sd card and google account and other...
is there ANY WAY TO REUNLOCK OR REPAIR THIS problem????

MY imei was ok and just my sn was not ok THAT using this script fck my phone and clean my imei to 0/null
please help me to repair imei / sn/ mac of wifi , bt
some codes an script are old (before android 6) and not work on marshmellow

I usually use that script to restoring my sn/mac/bt when back from custom rom.. & that script always work for me on both (L/MM)

I can not flash my unlock token!

I am trying to unlock my bootloader. I finally received my unlock token from OnePlus but for some reason i cant unlock the device. i have the unlock-bin file in the same folder as adb, i have usb debugging on, my device is in fastboot mode, but i keep getting this error (see attached picture). Can someone please help? Also, does unlocking the bootloader factory reset the device?

Replace <unlock_token.bin> with the ACTUAL unlock token you got.
Yes, unlocking bootloader wipes the phone.
There are multiple forums on this.

While the phone is plugged in to the PC reboot it to fastboot again leaving it plugged in. ( Make sure you selected OEM unlock in developer options)

I managed to get it to work by using the ALL IN ONE tool

Just give the command, and drag and drop the unlockbbin. Should look like this: fastboot flash cust-unlock 23857363fbsndhdnd.bin. {for future reference, i have to reuse a couple times a week

I think I've been out of the game for too long........ I was just too embarrassed to post the same question , ha! Well, at least the first part of the OP's question, about having the token in the correct path and it producing an error. If there's a step by step command by command walk-thru out there, I'd be grateful for the link. And yes I know how a search bar works, but all of the guides or whatever you want to call them seem to be missing a few steps....... Or maybe I should just go back to eating my butterscotch and yelling at kids to stay off my lawn ?

Somebody on the internet told I have to unlock the bootloader but My Device is in bootloop and I can only access Download Mode, not even recovery mode works.
Can Someone please help me fixing the device/ Unlock the bootloader?

If you phone can enter in download mode it is enough to recover it . Flash nbo file of nougat firmware by ost la maybe it will work for you and if you know your phone's emi number maybe it is written on your phone's box note it and buy a bootloader unlock key which is very cheap then again go to download mode the , buy the key from techmesto he will guide you how to unlock it

Ow! Honesty I actually thought is EMI is something else that I didn't know about.
Are you sure I'll be able to unlock even if my OEM Unlocking is turned off?

Hi, I need help with my evice, I used a script founded in a thread here to flash stock rom 8.0 oreo, but that locked the bootloader now I cant unlock it because when phone starts im stuck on oreo wizard with no wifi or data to acces oem unlock in developer settings, is there any way to skyp this wizar or to flash with locked bootloader, wherever i tried to flash another frimware i have the error mesage, Bootloader "Permission Denied".

You can skip the wizard with just giving it ok everywhere and it will eventually end

Can't pass the wizard cuase it ask for internet and I can't use that tool cause it need debug to work wich I can't activate without passing the wizar, is there another way?

Yes but it says that I need to turn oem unlock on the developer options since I cannot pass the wizard I cant tur the option on. =c

Even if you get past the wizard, you still wouldn't be able to re-unlock the bootloader. It would stay gray forever. The only solution now is to get your phone hard bricked so you can enter edl mode and re-unlock it. You need either a deep flash cable, or short the 2 connection JTAG points from the motherboard. I'm on the same boat, but never got to do this to confirm if it works.

NO, you can pass the wizard with no internet connection, I did it several times on my evert, just keep saying yes to everything (unless you frp locked which would be weird since is not by default enabled) Once you pass the wizard use the tool I provided previously to unlock bl
