Unfortunately some ROMs came later than others. Over, say, one year in time, perhaps figures may converge.
I will regularly try to provide some more lists such as:
order per country, order per (country,firmware), etc...
and
statistics about (somewhat unexpected) 100% identical (probably accidental) votes and consolidated lists with such identical votes contributing as just one single vote.

FYI: Poll is open for multiple votes at once or, when one, one day, runs, will run or ran other Oreo firmware.
For example right now I see:
62 Responses in 62 Votes from 57 Voters
Meaning some voters ran/run and voted for multiple ROMs. Fair enough!
One can even vote for same firmware more than once.
But: I strongly would like to discourage this (and will provide results with those counting as just one vote).
Now: vote for same fw twice could perhaps happen when going from fw1 via fw2 back to fw1. OK...
However: voting for same fw twice multiple times in one row is IMHO not so fair (but it happens).
The chosen poll software is, I guess, not perfectly suited to handle these subtle aspects. But it does a good job trying.
The XDA poll system was (last time I tried) perhaps even less flexible.
Of course, given the freedom (no imposed limitations at all), let's expect reasonable fair behavior an keep cool

OOS simply because none of the custom ROMS have Face Unlock that works as good as stock.
Liquid Remix 9.07. Great features and really smooth.

Currently running OxygenOS 5.0.4 but I'm upgrading to LineageOS 15.1 once some more nightly builds are out. I do not want to run into nasty bugs and official doesn't necessarily mean bug free
I'm kinda surprised to see so few LineageOS 15.1 users but they might be doing the same thing, don't know oO

Well i'm now unencrypted and still Dirty Unicorns isn't booting. Been sat here waiting for around 20 minutes for it to boot with no luck.
