i lost sound and i tried avery thing and every sugestion and nothing work

Audio record is not working on 4.4.2 build. Only white noise & some low level voice, when knocked the device. The audio record was great a few builds ago, but Cr3pt did something, and its not working anymore. I've tried everything! Help! Hilfe! Tasukete! Segítség!
