Link to no verity thread for OnePlus 5t decryption from OnePlus 5 forum - OnePlus 5T Guides, News, & Discussion

Simple, just forwarding original link to 1+ 5 no verity thread. There seems to be a lot of confusion and incorrect links being shared (like to no verity v1) in the 5t forum threads. I would have saved myself a lot of headaches had I found this thread first. Not sure if this is even the right section for this thread, but for the sake of trying to simplify decryption, here we are:

Project Treble (Unofficial) now available for OP5T

This news wasn't spreading as fast as it should.
Project Treble is now available for the OP5T. Some talented developers have been working on getting it to work. The OP5T has an unused partition of about 1.7GB that can be used as a vendor partition and allow our devices to be Treble compatible.
See the thread below for more info in the Project Treble section of our Forums.
It looks like the easiest way to to this as the moment is to flash the latest Mokee. There is a trebelizer.zip available as well, which should then allow you to flash any GSI or "Generic System Image", essentially a ROM for Treble-compatible devices. In theory, any GSI should work with any Treble-compatible device.

[CLOSED]Getting things started with some vanilla AB roms

I have arm64 and arm legacy pie AB GSIs in the AB/A section, I noticed nothing was posted here so I wanted to put something in to get things started, the AB GSI can be found at the same link as the A GSIs, here:

**MOD please close this thread as it is a link to the main thread.
Why? It points people to the proper thread who are searching this section. And it's done its job for three years.
Still semi relevant

boot.img (revovery) op6t o2 beta 35

Does anyone have the boot.img (recovery) file from the OxygenOS version op6t o2 beta 35?
This is development section of the forum.. I don't say that meaning it in a rude way at all but this is definitely posted in the wrong place. Did you search high and low first? Thereare fastboot OOS roms and there's a repo thread for global model OnePlus 6t in the guides section of the forum. Not sure if what you're looking for is there or not but I would think it's your best bet.
Searching is the biggest part of this whole Android modding deal. We all have to and do it alot. Again I'm not trying to sound like a prick. I posted a thread once and it copied itself 4 times. Searching is mandatory unless you're a wizard. Most of what any of us want to know is already here on XDA some place. It's just a matter of locating it via search. That's one thing I can say this new forum they recently redid has improved ALOT on. Searching seems more accurate now.
[OnePlus 6T (Global)][ROM][OTA][Oxygen OS] Repo of Oxygen OS Builds
As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of for their Oxygen OS ROMs & OTA update zips, we mirrored them on AndroidFileHost and put the links in one post so that they're easy to find. This is not a support thread for issues you...
forum.xda-developers.com
Or
https://forums.oneplus.com/forums/OnePlus6-6T/
May have what you're looking for at one of those links. If not maybe try and roll back before this build and update to it, then you can backup your boot.img once on the build and you'll recovery/ boot.img ..
My bad if you had already searched before posting this thread. I assumed you hadn't. I looked through the fastboot rom thread, the repo thread and over on OnePlus forum for just a min and didn't see anything labeled beta 35. I didn't dig too deep but didn't see anything offhand. It doesn't mean it's not out there somewhere though. Most thing are..You know...Good luck.

[CLOSED][HELP][Emergency]Completely stuck on MIUI

So, I have a spare redmi 3s prime which i primarily use for experimenting and trying mods. The point is that my device is never equipped with a sim as it is a spare phone as i mentioned. As you all know that mi requires sim card for unlocking the bootloader. For the first time when i was trying to unlock i simply removed my primary phone's sim card and used it to add my redmi 3s prime to my account. I have already bricked it dozen times and fixed it by reverting back to miui and i never needed to add the account once more to my mi account. But this time when i tried to unlock my device, mi unlock tool said you need to add your account. Once more i removed the sim from my device and tried to add the device back to my account only to realize that my imei is corrupt. I cant root my device so i have no purpose of this phone. Please XDA Community help me i am stuck with miui

Is it possible to use a GSI on Samsung Galaxy A9(2018)?

Is it possible to use a gsi on Samsung Galaxy A9(2018)?
More specifically the Pixel Experience Plus 13 GSI
Ive seen a couple tutorials on youtube and some websites but they seem hella shady to me also its my first time trying to install a custom rom/gsi so i dont wanna brick my phone
Ive seen a lot of devices on this website EXCEPT the A9 idk why
Like anyone who knows is it possible? If yes can u explain/share how?
Thanks to anyone who spends their time on this thread!
I have written a guide on installing GSIs on Samsung devices here. Follow at your own risk. You must have TWRP flashed to your device.
Also, please remember that we require device specific questions to be posted in the device specific threads. Please take a moment to read the Forum Rules linked in my signature.
As a courtesy, we will move your post to the proper section.
