hello guys, i messed up with the twrp recovery on my z17 lite and i deleted everything included the rom, now the phone has nothing on it but i still have twrp installed so if anyone has the same phone can u provide me the stock rom img please you can create one with nandroid. I dont really know if that is the solution but i tried everything less that

Yes,
1st you will need the update from china or from geekbuying.
2nd an flash memory stick of 4gb or more because the rom is about 2.3gb, and put it in
3rd connect the memory stick to the phone with an usb to usb c adapter
4th enter in TWRP->Reboot->Bootloader->Reboot to nubia emergency recovery->Choose Update Package->And you choose from OTG device.
And thats what I did and now works like new

Thanks for the help, I bought the OTG cable and it worked perfectly.
I would like to use the Chinese ROM with gapps, but I could not get a way to make it work, if you know in any way please let me know.

I'm currently trying to do this and it's giving me the error "OTG device not found." Does anyone know why? It should be mounted. I can still see the OTG device and files in TWRP.

Hi, i need some help. I have Lenovo Ideatab A1000-F with installed TWRP recovery, but i have one problem. If i connect turned off tablet on PC, the preloader (PreLoader USB VCOM Port) driver starts, but then after few seconds disconnects and tablet starts charging trough USB ... I want to flash something (AllegroROM) to it but when i have only 2-4 seconds its kinda bad ... I have installed all kind of drivers and trying it againg and again, but nothing works. (I think the problem is that i cant remove battery to avoid charging.. or? ) Maybe screenshot helps. Please help. Thanks.

I found instructions on russian lenovo forum, one user have ported it and make it flashable from pc (and thats my problem - fast disconnect, so i cant flash large files - he also did his custom rom for it, but i cant flash it for my problem) . I hope i have helped PS: you must create account on that forum to show files

well,i can give u the original rom for this A1000F and the zip that u can install it of the TWRP without all those problems,i have them installed too and i didn't had any problems,actually i didn't went to any russian page to get them.
If anyone whant those 2 files and if the moderator will let me post the links to them,i will post them and let every1 take those 2 files
actually i will ask to developers,if they want the TWRP recovery zip for this device and look into it to see how that was done,maybe someone can actually do more,maybe make the CWM for it and maybe some new custom rooms,as i said,i have the original rom too and the TWRP recovery that can be very easy installed without all this problems

and for the second thing,which is the TWRP recovery,u need to get a simple free app from the google pstore called Recovery Tools and once u open it,and be4 that just pass on ur sd card this file,or on the usb internal memory the next file,just tap on the first line on the screen,in that app and load that file and executed,will finish pretty fast and don't even need to reboot,but when u get in the recovery mode,u will see the TWRP recovery mod and not the usual

i know that that file is wrong,the 1 of the russian,but the 2 that i've posted the links r right,not wrong,i used them and i have no problems at all of any kind,why would i want a flash rom that will give me something foulty ? better to have something that really works and are good.
oh,i forgot to mention that for the second zip file to install it,u need to have the device rooted and u can do it easy with a program called Kingo Android Root

It was ok for them, i dont know why not for me .. At least it worked one time.. And i never heard of it, i was trying to use all common root programs and nothing .. I will check it out, thanks
TWRP link is down, mind passing on a new one
hey Guys,
I by mistake deleted the rom on my phone, I know cannot load the rom or install a new rom. I have tried side loading via ADB, It does not show the device. I have checked in device manager and I can see LG-D802 as an "other" I have installed the drivers though.
Im really stuck and dont know what to do?
Any ideas?

If sideloading a ROM is really impossible, then you either grab an OTG cable and put your ROM on a pendrive/memory-card; OR start your phone in download mode and flash a .kdz.

Thanks for the reply. I really have no idea why I cant side load as I was able to load the Recovery via sideload.
I am battling to find an OTG cable, But I see you can DIY one, I will try this next.
I would really prefer to sideload. I can see the phone in device manager, however its disabled to driver missing.

You can flash vendor, boot, and system images using TWRP then root again. However, bootloader and radio must be flashed either as a zip in TWRP or via fastboot. Bootloader and radio images cannot be flashed via the TWRP "image install." It is recommended that you flashed radio and bootloader through fastboot.

You see the problem is the I am not an administrator on any of the available PC's .. but it seems to be something wrong with the phone. Because when I connect it it does not happen anything. The only issue is that I can't transfer files from the phone to the computer, not even not, like mtp.. do you understand?

If it's stock you like could always flash SuperXe . 8.1 versions are latest stock and 8.0 is built from stock source with latest security. All of which are flashable via twrp. On a side note pick yourself up cheap otg cable so you can backup your files on thumb drive. Makes it real easy if you have to completely wipe your phone. Especially if you don't have much access or having issues with computer.

Hi again. I have now tried a few different rooms and the problem persist.. but my computer connects to other phones. Just not the angler.. any thoughts?

I really couldn't tell you don't remember having to really install any drivers . I installed nexus toolkit though maybe that did. Check device manager if your using Windows and see if anything is coming up. I think I remember someone having to roll back driver to get his 6p to work on Windows 10. Then the obvious trying different cable and USB ports. Try putting USB debugging on in developer options. That's all I can think of sorry not much help .

Don't ask me how, I installed wrong Rom on my edge 7, as result, no USB connection.
So can't use Oddin to replace ROM and of course can't root.
Also, all rooting app fails, I guess because they recognize it as a different device.
A part of that the device works great, but I can't do any updates and I have a challenge...

Download a suitable ROM onto the phone internal memory or onto SD card. Flash the ROM via twrp. Giving details of your phone helps too if you want tailored advice.

Nope... Didn't work because not rooted also tried original ROM.
I assume the problem Is not the Rom but the bootloader or whatever is the similar for pc operating system.
Phone is edge 7.
I'm desperate ?

Phone model number? What did you install? was it an odin flash? or a twrp flash? can it still be detected by your computer in download mode? did you enable usb debugging on your current ROM?

Phone is Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935F
Have no Idea what was installed...
I believe it was kernel - I attached a picture of the SFTWR details
Don't know if it was ODIN or ZIP
I can put phone in Download mode, but it is not detected - well if it was, then I could have reflash it with ODIN
And yes, USB debugging is ON
try kingroot to get root easily, then use a
twrp app to flash recovery and finally go to rwcovery, wipe everything, flash proper rom
every rom thread has an i fo about models how did you manage to flash the wrong one? if you too lazy to read you need a lot of money to repair damages ^_^

Greetings Everyone - Recently picked up X96 Amlogic S905X4 TV Box with Android 11 and found this site looking for recovery.img to temp boot from usb into TWRP (Thanks gbox23)
to use a previous TWRP (data only) backup from an X96 Max+ S905X3 with Android 9 that contain all my apps and custom launcher layout that works successfully to clone to other Amlogic TV boxes with A9, 8 or 7. When attempting a restore on this new box, it fails to give access to the data partition (See Pics) I even started a backup of the new box and noticed the partition structure in A11 is different and does not display the data part. like the others (See Pic 04)... I sure would hate to install all the apps one by one and manually rebuild layout from scratch. .:-( Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

NEVERMIND - ISSUE RESOLVED...
NOT FULLY RESOLVED YET - After Successful New TV Box A11 TWRP Restore/clone of Data Partition from previous saved backup of another A9 TV Box I get this screen after reboot. Does this failure have to do with Encryption? Any Help or Suggestions are always welcome!!! Thanks-Blaze

Works Great - It's up a few posts on Jan 1, 2023 by gbox23. His link will take you to Freaktab site but to see the download or posts you must join/resgister. Then you can download just the TWRP file instead of all the ROM files. Hope that helps..

You must 1st unzip the TWRP download and copy all the files to the root of a USB drive and then insert USB drive into your Android Box. Remove power plug from box and insert toothpick and press and hold reset button in AV port while you plug back in power to box - a few seconds will bring up TWRP Main menu.

Oh, I just copied the .img files that where in the drive folder. didnt think to use the .zip file. thx!

I thought this was gonna be the easy part... :< I just wanted to 1) make a backup of the current rom, and 2) flash a new rom. (I wanted the backup incase something went wrong)
