Xiaomi A1 cannot pair SRS speakers via Bluetooth - Xiaomi Mi A1 Questions & Answers

My Xiaomi A1 (running oreo 8.0.0) cannot pair SRS speakers XB10 (Sony) via Bluetooth, it simply doesn't "see" the speaker. Tried with other phones and works OK.
Any idea? Thanks!!

Does your phone "see" other Bluetooth devices?

[Q] Does the nexus 7 work with bluetooth earphones?

The other day I received a pair of plantronics backbeat GO earphones which are Bluetooth earphones. When I got these I tried to use them with my rooted nexus 7 and they paired and connected to the device fine but will not output any sound except for the connecting and disconnecting sounds the earphones make by themselves. So I was wondering if they just are not compatible with my device.

They should be, bluetooth devices such as headsets or headphones are pretty universal. Need more details to figure out why they're not working.
Also have you tried pairing them with other devices such as a laptop or another phone or tablet?
Mine work fine with it. Also pair to bt stereo and car fine.

Yeah I figured they should be compatible but unfortunately I haven't been able to test the earphones out on anything else, I am unsure as my nexus is rooted and I have installed the beats audio drivers which may have disabled the Bluetooth function but I am unsure because I don't have much experience with android

I can connect and pair with Bluetooth but audio doesn't stream and plays out of the speakers, however if I open the plantronics app I can record audio and hear it with the earphones. This problem also occurs across every player and any possible source of audio output throughout the device.

try your earphones with other devices and also try other bluetooth earphones with your N7...
I don't own any other Bluetooth earphones and everyone else in my house is tech depraved and any device they have doesn't have bluetooth

I have no problems with the earphones, it is just the device. My speakers have stopped playing at full volume and now these Bluetooth earphones won't stream. My only real concern is whether or not the app attached is the cause of my problems.

LG-D802 on 5.0.2 no Bluetooth audio (un-rooted)

Hi guys, I've recently discovered that the audio doesn't work over Bluetooth on my phone. I'm on my holls in France at the moment and have been using Google Maps to navigate, along with the bluetooth radio in the hire car. I also couldn't get audio to work with a Bluetooth speaker at home the other day.
I can pair the devices just fine.
Bluetooth audio used to work before the Lollipop update.
Could there be a setting somewhere that I may have missed?

It looks like I'm the only one with this issue?

US

I had tested the headphones on redmi note 3 and htc desire 820 dual sim and it worked but it's not working on my Redmi 2 Prime
I've tried it on MIUI8 as well as RR 5.7.4 and it gave the same result.
My headphone - Steelseries sims 4 gaming headset
The LED's on the side of the headphones glow when connected to mobile but audio doesn't come through it.
What should i do to make it work on my phone??
Did you try using 3rd party apps to toggle the audio to headphones?

2 Bluetooth speakers

Hey! Is it possible to connect to 2 Bluetooth speakers and play music in both at the same time? The s8 can do it and we have Bluetooth 5. I have heard that its software dependent, and that android O will support it. But I know XDA and that almost everything is possible

Cannot connect S7 edge to car stereo using BT

Hello everyone,
I have a real weird issue with my phone when trying to connect it to my car stereo using BT. I use a MiBand 2 and whenever I connect the band to my phone(Mi Fit app active), I cannot connect my phone to the car stereo . If I unpair the band (Mi Fit app still active) I have no issues connecting the two devices.
Anyone has an idea on how to workaround this issue?
(BTW, even in the new Oreo release I still have the issue)
Thanks in advance
Do you use stock rom? You can connect a few speakers on ironman or resurrection roms.
Or maybe try turning off bluetooth settings like phone calls for miband, etc. Try different combinations
