[Need Help] P9 Lite 2017 PRA-LX1 B184 "Phone deemed unsafe and booting screen freeze"
Hello guys....
I'm having trouble with my P9 Lite 2017
The story is as follows:
I tried to Root my phone and ended up screwing something most probably it was the TWRP old version.
Anyways now the phone is stuck on the "Your phone is booting" mode
The situation is that you can not use any of the BUTTON methods coz the phone just reboots back into the same screen.
When u drain the battery and replug into the charger it turns on automatically and boots into ANDROID but no GOOGLE apps and no KEYBOARD on screen.
Please, can anyone be constructive enough to read the above and give me a solution coz I have been reading throughout a lot of threads and no Solution to this so far?
Note:
Phone is in Unlock mode
FRP is Unlocked too
Don't ask me to use adb to get to bootloader or use keys to get there "coz it does not work"

EMUI: 5.0.1
Country: Greece
Would appreciate your help coz seems like a lot of people are having the same issue with no solution.
I'm reaching the point of throwing the new phone against the wall to see how far it will bounce back........

Hello i just replaced lcd screen in my friends p9 lite vns-l21 single sim after that the mobile is powering in recovery mode,
The mobile is never touched never unlocked enabled debug mode or oem unlocked
1.I cant access to fastboot mode it is activating a update.. screen and stucking on 5%
2.dload method is not working saying about wrong version
3.if i connect it to usb enabling erecovery mode and it cant complete the updating restarting.
is motherboard death or can save the mobile?

After many search, I need your help in order to try to unlock my phone.
I am using a P9 Lite VNS-L31. I was not satisfied by Android 7.0 version so I tried to rollback to Android 6.0. I followed the guide on Huawei site.
Unfortunatelly, during the step 4, the rom flash did not work.
I thought I was smart enough to find a solution by myself and I tried to flash the phone again with the intermediate package. It did not work.
Now, the phone is stuck on the screen start (Huawei picture).
The only thing I can do is fastboost mode (Vol-+power with USB linked).
All other things are not working (Vol-+Vol++power for example).
I can not turn off the phone too.
The phone is locked and the FRP is locked too.
I hope that you can help me :crying:
Good evening, so here is my Huawei blocking the boot logo and I do not have access to recovery. I have access to fast mode, can you help me please, my bootloader is locked and I also saw that Huawei no longer gives unlock boot loader codes so what to do?

Same situation. I tried with DC-Unlocker, but it doesn't work. DC-Phoenix doesn't work either. I talked to DC-Unlocker staff and they confirmed that it's gone. Huawei sucks, to be honest. This "no bootloader unlock code" **** it's the reason why this device will be bricked kinda forever.
Same problem here, but those problems appeared since my p8 drops to water.
I can not start my cell phone, it does not go beyond recovery mode, I tried to flash, but it has the frp and bootloader blocked, I have the code to unlock the bootloader, but the frp is blocked and does not let me, please help me, I do not know what to do !!!
I also tried the "Download latest version and recovery" option but it says "Getting package info failed".
Please help me

Hello dude,
basically you are in the wrong thread,
as this is dedicated to the p9 lite 2016 version that is VENUS (VNS) not PRAGUE (PRA).
I advise you to take a look in the P8 lite 2017 dedicated thread,
as although for very small differences they are the same device.
I recommend you explain how the device ended up in this state
and everything you tried to do, surely some kind guys will help you...

Hello, this is my phone story: I had a Samsung S9 which screen died, I was thinking on getting another phone, so I bought a new phone which is going to take a while to arrive and I had no phone so i found this Huawei p8 lite laying around and I tried to get it working, but its all screwed up because some years ago I was trying to install another rom and I flashed something that I shouldn't, ended up hardbricking the device (red and green light flashing, faastboot not working) I managed to recover it by getting it into testpoint and then booting xloader & fastboot and flashing the stock firmware with a hisilicon tool, the device was alive but the IMEI was gone for good, I didn't looked much into it and leave it.
Today I wonder if I could recover the IMEI, I have the number but I don't have the partitions so I have no idea how to recover it, I have tried HCU tool to write the number without success.
If someone culd provide me the partitions or something it would be helpful.
Any Help would be very nice, Thanks!
