Everything working fine, except my wifi is not turning on. When i tried to install other custom rom, It is working.
I really need a stock rom for my device, preferable with MM please. Below is my device details:

You should probably remove/edit out your serial number and IMEI just in case.

If you didn't update to lollipop/marshmallow officially before "you don't have LP/MM firmware installed b4" you'll get wifi/touch problems when you flash any rom based on them .. its in the OP of the rom.

i had installed cm13 on my htc816 but it cannot detect any of my sim cards
im going to install os-2.34.708.1 but i need to know somethings before doing that
what is the difference between 2.34.401.5 and 2.34.401.1 and 2.34.708.1
the first os which was installed is 2.34.401.5 but i can't find such rom so im installing 2.34.708.1
is it going to work fine ? does it has all languages ?

plz delete ur imei numbers and the serial number from the last post, what version of CM did you use?
this is the right one for a5_dug and it works fine just make sure you make a full wipe before flashing it

I use the latest 3.0.2 and it works fine for me
i flashed it using 2.8.6.0 and 2.8.7.0 and 3.0.2.0 no one has it work out for me
i will flash os-2.34.708.1 hope it will work out and has all languages

RUU flashing condition is device's main version must equal or lower than RUU's.
But your device's main version is "1.62.401.1", RUU is "1.15.401.12", so it cause such of this error.
You can try to erase the main version text data through TWRP recovery after that it might be allowed you do RUU downgrading.

For my fault i relocked OEM . And now i cant enter in twrp or flash It. So the phone is locked and s-on . I can only go on bootloader Mode. Download mode and ruu mode. The system dont let me flash any recovery .

Is it able to boot into android system?
If not the device is soft-brick now, must flash RUU to revive it but unfortunately there is no latest RUU for you.

This won't be allowed if your device is S-ON, and i guess that the RUU file will be leak on easy-firmware in few days.

Download the File, rename it to 2PZFIMG.zip, copy it to your external SD card, boot phone into download mode, it will automatically pick it up and ask you to flash it. Be warned it will completely format your phone and internal storage

Dome...but same problem with fastboot . The phone start to flash from sd but end in error for not correct version of firmware

BTW: I am wondering, because the first file has 1,60 GB but the extracted files are only 139 MB. Is there something hidden inside the zip??
There is no system.img, recovery.img, boot.img .....
Is is possible to flash back to stock with this two files? How is the procedure? The CID and MID are matching.
Messed up few things and now need to revert back to stock. Looked through HTC dev site and cant' find any. Thanks.

what a waste of a download that was thanks wasnt even an ruu just full of zip's and cant be extracted into a bigger file
You don't need to extract the zip. Rename zip to 2PZFIMG & copy to root of SD Card (2nd sim slot). Turn off the phone and enter download mode. Phone will detect the RUU file & confirm the flash.

i realized it in the end and managed to successfully get my phone working again and running oreo, so thanks and apologies for the tone it was because i was pi**ed at HTC for soft bricking my ultra!!
