Calls on Spotify - LineageOS News & Discussion

Hello everyone, I noticed the presence of a small bug that however gives me how much trouble. When I play spotify on my galaxy s5 and at the same time I receive a call, the music does not stop and I do not notice the call. I hope you resolve it, thank you.

S2U2 v1.22 and bluetooth headset

After many many frustrating days, I have narrowed down a VERY ANNOYING issue with the otherwise BEAUTIFUL S2U2.
If the device is locked for more than 5 minutes, the connection to my bluetooth headset is lost...not just lost, but my phone doesnt even bother to look for it. I have to go through discovery again. Then the process starts all over again...after 5 min...its toast.
I have tried all versions of SU2U all the way up to 1.22. On an HTC PPC6800 (Alltel) running WM 6.0 (6.1 has been delayed by Alltel's cell group)
As soon as I take the SU2U off the phone..it works like a charm.
Any thoughts (or sob stories) would be helpfull
what bluetooth headset are you using?
Hi,
You are going to get a kicking for this. It would have ben best if you had posted in the original thread and/or kept an eye on what the general consensus on posting threads is.
Forum members are trying to reduce the number of new threads posted in order to improve the search facility and to stop clutter.
As for the answer to your question, not a clue. Sorry.

In the OP's defense, have you seen how big that thread is? It is damn near impossible to get a question answered in there unless a lot of people have the same issues.

So ask in the "Questions" thread.........
Is a user supposed to post a new thread for every question because the original is a bit too large?
Either way, all S2U2 does is prevent screen taps and turns the display off, it does not interfere with the bluetooth connections.

First: What is SU2U?
Second: Do you know which program manages your bluetooth headset and which is using it? Making that difference makes your question easier. Think in terms like what program do i use to connect my bluetooth headset.
Third: Search, search and search. If that is not enough, search more. There are many threads where bluetooth and headseats are discussed. Come back with information from those threads so we do not have to give the same information over and over again. Besides that, doing your own research narrows your problem
I'm not sure if you have tried this...
in the S2U2 settings, in the Advanced: section (bottom part)
set "Dont Suspend Power" to ON.

[Q] Beep before call is made

Let me preface this post by saying that I looked around on the Nexus 4 forums for a bit and didn't find much relating to this issue, so my apologies if this has already been addressed.
A friend of mine is having an issue with his Nexus 4 "beeping" each time before he makes a phone call. I'm a S3 owner, so I don't have much advice for him regarding the problem, and I figured the experts here at XDA would be the best place to ask to see what could be causing this. Any help is sincerely appreciated. Thanks very much.
Here's his description:
"Every time I hit send to make a call, there is a hesitation and then a beep (like a call waiting beep) and then the call goes through."
Is there anything he could do/try to eliminate the pause & beep? Thanks again.

is he using the built in internet calling? i believe that does it. is he on a custom rom? i think thats a user selectable option, beep until call is connected.

Thanks very much for taking the time to reply. Here's his response:
"Internet calling is set to "only use for internet calls", which is off as I understand it.
I have all sip accounts deleted.
No root, no custom ROM."
Thanks again. Much appreciated.
In that case I'm a bit lost. I wouldn't be able to claim it as a defect though because I've only run stock for like 20mins so I'm not even sure of what kind of "hidden" features it has.
Bump for any other ideas. Thanks again for the above responses.

Ha!
Does he happen to use Tasker? I've heard something about beeping before a call when using certain functions in tasker, specifically with using the "say" command.

LeEco Le S3 X626 battery problem

Hello everyone!
I hope I'm in the right place and that you can help me.
My LeEco Le S3 X626 loses up to 25% of battery power in standby mode. It states in the settings that the battery was used using cell radio.
The same problem I had on Homtom HT17, however, has disappeared by updating, and since I'm not well acquainted with rooting, can anyone explain to me how to solve this problem.
Thank you in advance!

Moto G4 Plus randomly gets switched off.

Hi there!
It's my first post on this forum so please forgive me it violates any rules.
I have been using Moto G4 plus since it arrived in the market. I am having this issue for last 1 year... My phone gets switched off when any sound played out of it, particularly on low battery, even around 30%.
Sometimes when a call is incoming and ringtone rings then also it goes off and I even don't see the number from which called me in any call list (missed/received).
Please help me with it.

Ticwatch pro 3 ultra GPS Issue : random activities bike rides during the night!

Hello,
First of all, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place.
I have an issue with my TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS connected with my Oneplus 8T.
Since few days (about 3 weeks), when I check Google Fit application on my phone, I have a random bike rides during the night while sleeping.
In the same time, many Heart Point are recorded as activities thus make bad tracking.
Did someone get the same issue ?
Did you know if there is any update for that?
Could you please help how to get a solution?
Thanks in advance and regards,
PS:
A thread is already created on Google community but there is no solution yet.
here is the link:
My Google fit add random bike exercises - Google Fit Community
I reached out the Mobvoi Support for the issue and here below their response:
Dear Hayder,
Thank you for reaching out to the Mobvoi support team!
Thanks for your information.
We have checked with our engineer, kindly please be informed that google fit has started using a new data upload inteface, which causes some additional ride records generated after sleep data is uploaded, kindly please just ignore the ride data currently, we will work hard on it to find a way to fix this issue. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
As always, thank you for supporting Mobvoi. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
