Yes that is an excellent ROM! And the same developer has come out with an Oreo ROM that's really stable. It has a few bugs, but it has become my daily driver.

The Oreo ROM has some Bluetooth issues and screen rotation issues. You have to read through the thread to pick up all the little minor problems, but I've been using it for a couple days now it's works really well.

This is a official version they just came out with. You need to use a hlte version and not a vzw version. Here is a link for the gapps

If it gives you a message about you cannot download on this device switch to a normal browser and ask for the desktop version of the site. Then it will allow you to download with no problems

Yes. Phone, sim card, network ( AT&T, Verizon, etc ) and ROM version must match.

I believe so but the phone has to be able to support the service provider. But you can go to the rom page and the phone variants and services will be on there

Myself, I'm running Jasmine 6.1 which allows you to use any SIM card. But I've encountered ROMs in this forum run only Verison's SIM.

sir.do you have any links for the files that you used?especially the RIL patch. i did follow the instructions but I had problems downloading the ril patch. if you could upload it through mediafire or any cloud servers. that would be great. I guess what causes my SHV-E250K to bootloop is that the RIL patch was not flashed and it stucked on the Cyanogen Icon

I now have everything working except wifi. I downloaded the wifi mac address patch, but it didn't help. Is there an app I can use for the wifi? Or an alternative patch to download and flash? Thank you.

That's very strange. Wifi should work. When I flash roms for N7100, N7105, etc. wifi works every single time.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that you weren't running latest firmware prior to installing this.
Forget Android 6 and go to Android 7. From Android 4.4, just follow the steps in the 1st thread, but do not install Widzard Kernel 2.7 & Gapps for 6.0. Then, download and dirty install any Android 7 ROM for N7105 and the corresponding GAPPS. Please note than Widzard Kernel does not seem compatible with Android 7. The Kernel included in the Android 7 ROM is enough for Korean Galaxy Note 2 (mine : SHV-E250S).

True :good: But vibrator not working yet on E250S...On the other hand, widzard kernel has problem recording video so without it that will work.

Yes. But I honestly don't have any idea how to fix vibration motor for E250S. So far N7105 Nougat builds are ok.

I cannot find an N7105 Nougat ROM, I can only find for N7100. Is there an N7105 ROM? or do I just use the N7100?

Thanks! I now have Nougat installed on my Note 2 E250S. It's great! Just love it.
Good news. I've finally got vibration to work on my E250S. Started building LineageOS 14.1 myself from now on.
Please test this on your E250L and E250K and we'll see if we can get things working for you.

How many "best ROM" threads (which this really is) do we need? This is the 3rd one on the top page of this forum section.
Nobody has bothered to answer, since it adds no value to this forum to do so. Everyone has different needs and preferences, so asking what ROM others are using has no useful application. Its as useful as making a thread asking everyone's favorite color.
If someone want to try a new ROM, pick one or a couple, flash them, and try it for themselves. That is how most of us do it.

I have a HTC M8 on AT&T and i flashed the google play edition rom and im loving it.
The instruction is quite easy: require custom recovery, HTC M8 (duh) and GPE rom (They wont let me put in link cause im a new user. So just search it up and click on the link with androidbeats.com).
This ROM is extremely good, because it is bloatware free and if you like clean android, this rom basically make your phone a nexus with some HTC advantages like gestures and HTC weather. And if you want, you can always install HTC app as apk from online.
I am use aokp Android 7.1.I like to update the phone.

Well it's not bugfree but is stable enough to be used as daily drive.

I just flashed the cm 14.1 rom for HTC m8. But it won't get any cellular network the phone identifies the sim card it just doesn't connect to cellular network. I can't make calls, text or use my data. Help.

This is bug on the previous build. After 5 minutes you will have network. On the last build this is fixed. Don't worry just wait.

I waited for about 1-2 hours before flashing back my previous rom WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I fixed it by reregister to the t mobile network.
Just came to know this - Flyme 6 beta for Zuk Z2 plus is released.

Have you tried as mentioned in other ROMs discussion? You need to enable VoLTE from stock ROM first. Make sure you get the HD symbol (??). Then you flash other custom ROMs. May be here also it is the same. Let us know how it goes.

I did flash stock ron from recovery then then flash flyme then after boot from setting I enabled volte but it was not working
It doesn't support VOLTE

you must install Android 6 based stock or flash zip from this https://pan.baidu.com/share/link?uk...包/ZUK Z2 底层&parentPath=/总ROM文件夹/YouLinw ROM作品 link for downgrading to Android 6. There you will also find zip which returns you to Android 7.
How to install this zip:
Make wipes, reboot, flash zip, reboot, flash ROM.
Known bugs

The rom is good I am using it since 4 days
The known issues are
1)Volte doesn't work at all
2) battery is draining fast
3)unable to sync my contacts from Google account
4)and the last issue is heating issue
Rather than these four issues everything works well the camera and everything. The major issue to me is Volte i humbly request the developers to to solve this issue.

Just a thread to share thoughts on the current development of Oreo roms for us. I've used the Hydrogen OS 8.0 and am currently running the unofficial Lineage 15 build. I saw that Ground Zero has an Oreo build but have not tried it yet. Just curious to see if anyone else is running a different Oreo rom? Always good to have a variety haha

Really wanna know how Ground Zero is running. They seem to have a more up to date build but I'm happy on Lineage 15 at the moment...don't know if I really feel like flashing and setting all back up

We may need to do this through PM but maybe it's ok here.. I don't know if you paid any attention in the original MIUI thread for the iternal build, but I had major issues.. Always said no SIM cards, etc. Ran ok, just no SIM.. also had a major hiccup in getting back to oxygen so I'm afraid to try again but.. my gut tells me to give it another go since there's always a way to bring these devices back to life.
Main point of my post is; did you have any issues with getting your SIM/SIMs to work here in the US??

I was running Hydrogen 8.0 with a Cricket Sim and had no issues with data or anything. Single Sim only tho

Dual SIM works too, but maybe the leaked beta doesn't work properly on A3000. I have Oneplus 3T A3003.

I haven't tried it.. in the original thread for the internal build of Hydrogen people say Magisk causes the phone to stop booting..

What's about in call volume adjustment. This is the major problem on every custom rom except lineage os new update.

I am on paranoid Android and I still have network drops. Any one on the paranoid Android still suffering from network drop?
It's been fixed in most of the recent builds. Try AEX if you don't need volte or recent builds of some other ROM if you need volte.
