Can we have a little bit more info about what does this exactly do? I mean, do I need it with Lineage OS for example? I currently use GPS status to auto-update AGPS files when GPS is in use.
Thanks in advance for your work and sahring

There is no kernel with loop device support for the N3 = no way to run any of the linux install apps.

Thx for the news, haven't checked the thread for some time.
I read the hole changelog but there is nothing written about loop device support. Did you try to set up a linux distro ?

I don't really know. I'm a bit busy due to exams but I think I fixed whatever was wrong with the server
https://srv1.botstack.host:8000
There's a certificate issue. I'll look into it later. If you're on phone use this link
http://srv1.botstack.host:9000
Please remember that op3 build needs an update
Out of the box doesn't mean that my ROM ships with microg, it just extends support to microg without any additional dangerous modifications

You are missing the kernel source code for what is in the rom. Because you used a different tool chain to compile you are gonna need to post the link to github or where ever you have the source set to.

Don't think so, as far as I'm aware I don't have a file on the server to be downloaded so no binary exists right now and no GPL is broken
As for my custom toolchain it's here: https://bitbucket.org/anupritaisno1/aarch64-linux-gnu/overview but I don't remember using it on the oneplus 3

Per XDA rules. If you post a rom then you also have to post a link for the kernel source code, it has to be completely buildable and matching what is in the rom.
Anyone downloaded this ROM ? If no why the person started this thread give a link ? Or just close this thread.

Yes, it does work without root. When you start the app for the very first time after installation it tells you what you need to do if you don't have root. You just need to read the instructions carefully.
Just connect your device via adb and type the following in the shell. If you need instructions to set up adb look here: https://www.xda-developers.com/install-adb-windows-macos-linux/
adb shell pm grant net.jroot3d.joneplustools android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
And you are Done.

As I understand it does not work on A11. Someone else can feel free to chime in too... I can confirm it does indeed work on A10 on the OP 8P.

Yes it works on A11 EU without root. You have to leave the app installed, the service is not needed. It will survive a reboot with cache purge, as the app keeps its rights and will readjust the settings. Apparently Oneplus allows call recording only in certain countries, the app overwrites this stupid reglementation of the user.
When not rooted and you use the adb command, after reboot, does instagram comment work out does the text hide itself like for some on Android 10? Not when in the comment section, but when you comment directly on the news feed?
For me with Android11 it works via ADB-Command like a charm...
Btw: anybody could please tell me, where to find the recordings? In former times there was a folder "Recordings", but there are no recorings anymore...
Thx & cheers
