I have a AT&T Focus with the debranded NoDo update and show firmware version 2103.10.10.1 purchased in early February..
Is there a firmware update being released to users by Samsung which is again some Carriers are blocking????

I haven't seen where Samsung has issued a firmware update. Someone tweeted to expect an update soon, but that's about it. I have the same version as you, but the differences may be because of different manufacturing dates.
Is nougat update available for SM-G9287C?
It seems the M9+ Supreme Camera from Taiwan have received months ago the Marshmallow upgrade, while the ones from Hong Kong are still stuck on Lollipop.
I have contacted HTC and they do not have a date for the latter to start being upgraded, as the lady there replied to me: "We regret to inform you that there is no clear update schedule to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) at the moment."
So, here's a little poll:: if you own this model, have yours been upgraded to Marshmallow already? And where is your phone from (Taiwan or Hong Kong) and where do you live, in case it's been upgraded given the country the phone is actually in?

I can't find update in beta app or in the frimware finder it shows some error pics are attached my Device is south african but currently using it in middle east i am receiving all ota updates excpet Oreo i want to update my p10 plue even if i can get beta version of Oreo build and model is attached too.

I am from Romania and I own an unlocked SM-G935F. I am currently in Germany for a week, where the Oreo update has oficially been released. Is there any way for me to get it because I am here? Simply going to manual software update does not do the trick.
Doesn't matter that you are in a country where Oreo has been released. Is about your csc code of phone when comes to OTA update. You can flash Oreo via Odin if you want to have it before will be released as ota update
