I have Xiaomi ROM but I need to update to 7.0 and for now it's impossible because is 6.0....but I love launcher MIUI and the app Themes for change the message app and letter and other things...I need know if is possible to put another ROM with 7.0 and continue to use MIUI launcher with app Themes?

You can try the porting of multirom MIUI 9 nougat markw but it is not fully stable.
I have tryed last week and i found only a bug: camera works but not everytime.

There's maybe a miui launcher on playstore, but you won't get miui theme support. You can try substratum though.

And how do I do this? I like so much the Miui Launcher and the APP Theme but i need split screen :|

PlayStore have a MIUI Launcher but is not the same. :x

No, but i searched about Multirom and i found, has a problem with the camera as you said, but for now I'm very happy. But have another solution? without being this rom?

The following 2 options are very different from MIUI but you can try:
1) You Can install a custom rom nougat based (like Resurrection Remix, AICP, AOKP, Lineage) and find a custom launcher without app drawer. For theme you can use substratum and icon pack.
2) Try the beta of flyme nougat (you can find it on 4pda) but i don't know its bug.

Use any Custom ROM and then Install Miui Lite and you will enjoy full Miui Experience Amigo.

Hi everybody. When I bought my note 3 it's firmware was already mj7, so with blocked bootloader. I didn't root it yet, but I would like to try some of the beautiful themes developed for our loved note 3. Is there anyone or any possibility to flash them with the stock recovery and without root?

There is no way to flash theme for unrooted phones if am not mistaken, but you always could try vanilla android appearance by installing Nova or Apex luncher which gives you the ability to customize and change the icons and the animations on these launchers.

i dont recommend you in cosmic rom for sm-g900f
it has many bugs such as the wifi hotspot doesn't work , messages ..
use the viper its much stable and almost no bugs
I personally use LineageOS 14.1. Good battery life and performance.
I use RR 5.8.5 unofficial since ages with a custom kernel.

I know but I do not understand why no one develops any other ROM, such as Official liageOS, AospExtended ROM Resurrection Remix etc. etc.

I tried to port muiu from xiaomi note 4 (same chipset) but i failed every time.

Yeah Samsung & OnePlus get most the Dev love sadly.
I too had the same question on my mind going through the threads. I mean it shares the same chip with the Moto G5 Plus, Redmi Note 4 and Lenovo P2 and yet it doesn't have development close to any of them.
Seriously though, I found this to be better than all of them and yet...
