OnePlus 2 & Android 6.0 & Fingerprint Sensor

Now that OnePlus has announced the Android 6.0 road map and our OP2 is gonna receive Marshmallow in Q1 2016, Carl Pei said that they will be implementing standard fingerprint API ( official in Marshmallow) will that help in custom ROMS like CM etc. to implement this feature in our device.
TL;DR: Will the official Android 6.0 release for our device help in Implementing fingerprint sensor in custom ROMS.

Samsung S5 G900F and graphic driver

Hello,
As I know Qualcomm has not made corresponding graphics drivers for the new Vulkan API for Snapdragon 800 and 801. So S5 can't have Android 7.x Nougat. If it is true how it is possible that we have CM/Lineageos 14.x for S5? Did developers write their own graphics drivers? What about performance comparing to official 6.0.1 Marshmallow?
best regards,

We don't need to use the Vulkan API to run CM14.X/LineageOS, therefore there is no need to write new drivers Vulkan is only required when a manufacturer wants to ship android nougat to their device officially. Performance wise, official 6.0.1 marshmallow will always be the best when compared to AOSP because Samsung has some closed-source drivers that can only be used on official stock ROM.

IR BLASTER drivers 8.0 OREO S6 TW (TouchWiz)for ULTIMATE OREO PORT OR SO CALLED OREO

Is there a way to add IR BLASTER drivers for 8.0 OREO TW S6 for ULTIMATE OREO PORT OR SO CALLED OREO?
No because there are no sources for these drivers so we can build a 8.0-compatible version and also because Samsung has removed software support for them (S7 was the latest flagship to enjoy IR blaster).
Unfortunately the only way to use it is to use a stock-based firmware/ROM.

They may have their own working implementation but as far I know it wouldn't work on Samsung S8 port ROM.
