did you fix the problem?

Hi, I had the same problem, and I solved it with a clear cache and dalvik cache.I did not have to flash any firmware.

u can fix this problem by install xenos and sound patch u can find it in comment section then do wipe system and dat and install stock firmware
this will fix the issue 100%

Me too

hello. this happened to me when I installed the wrong superuser file. make sure you install the correct one for your phone. I did not flashed a custom rom though but you can give it a try

I am having the same problem after flashing a firmware. I already cleaned the cache and dalvik cache but it still does not work. Could someone solve it?

I need to replace my speaker as well, after installing the latest SuperSU beta the speaker started making static noises, I did not think much of it and just left it but now the noise stopped and even on stock firmware I have no sound.

You guys that have no sound after flashing supersu reflash stock firmware with odin with the csc and not the home-csc its worked for me a few times to get sound back

There is nothing wrong with the firmware, because I can use my earplugs just fine and the sound works fine it is just that the speaker is bricked now because SuperSU somehow blew it up.
Also I tried your suggestion and it did not even work.

With me it worked however I had to do a factory reset
Note: This happened to me after flashing a custom rom with an upgraded sammobile firmware. When I had the original, the sound worked. Now I'm trying to find a firmware that works with custom rom. My J7 is SM-J730G.
Take a test, try listening to the cell phone's speaker by playing a sound, for example a ringtone. My cell phone made some noise when I played a sound and soon after removing the sound it stopped making noises.
Excuse me for my bad English.
I am Brazilian.

[HELP] S4 Overheat and Freeze

Hello!
Please help me...
I just had this phone, Samsung Galaxy S4 SHV-E300L (Korean Variant), a week ago from someone I know. I received this with Kitkat 4.4.2 firmware. So, as I was using the phone, I noticed that it is over heating, then suddenly it will freeze, and the only way to turn it on again is to pull the battery. There's also an instance that the display will have scattered pixels, which I can see when I try to screen shot it. But will disappear after moving the display. After still trying to figure out what thing is probably wrong, I updated the firmware to Lollipop through Samsung Kies 3, but the problem still exist, I don't know now what to do...
Can you help me find out what can be the solution to this? 'cause I like this phone and it's precious to me!
Thank you!
It sounds like it has a custom kernel maybe over clocked. When you bout does it show a security kernel warning to left or is it blank?
Best thing is to go to samobile or XDA and download an Odin flashable firmware for you device. And flash stock then factory reset.
Its very easy you download Odin run on windows and boot into download mode by holding power volume down until you enter download mode.
Open the firmware you download in Odin in the PDA slot. The flash.
Glitchy pixels sound like your GPU is simply overheating

Start with performing a factory reset. Make backups of your files before doing so.

I was just getting ready to flash the T2 KitKat tar and just go back to KK since my N4 became unusable on MM due to shutdowns, non restarts and I guess just plain overheating running MM.. MM has done something to a lot of N4's tons of folks getting shutdowns at 20% or less of charge..etc. I have to let it cool for hrs or stick it in the freezer to get it to boot back up.. thus, the return to KK.. then I see this!.. downloading now and may give it try before returning to 4.4.4...

I am running this new update and so far everything is good.marshmallow is very well optimized only mistake many users do is they dont do factory reset after each update.
Flash firmware and immediately do factory reset so you can get clean fresh operating system.
I know factory reset sucks and pain in the ass to restore apps and stuff but trust me it's worth it.
The 20℅ shutdown battery issue i made complete tutorial how to fix it.

Is there any issue with rooting these later builds?
And.. your talking to a guy that wipes his internal storage with each ROM change..
so factory resetting is not an issue with me..
When these things updated back in Sept/Oct my N4 went from a Perfectly Working device to one that, I could pull it out and it would be shut off.. then.. it got to a point it would not come back on without letting it set for a WHILE.. or needed to be cooled in the freezer.. so I put it down and got a Zmax Pro.. GREAT phone but it cannot be rooted ( Screw You ZTE ) I want root.. so I'm willing to go back to whatever version of Android makes this device the most stable or this latest version.. as long as it can be rooted
Im still a rookie

Can you please, please, please not upload anything to MEGA?
It makes it very hard for Linux/Firefox users, who just want to download the file directly, and use a download manager like DownThemAll to handle large downloads. I can't download anything from that Website.

First before do anything make a back up in twrp of your current rom go to twrp and back up and backup ( boot/system/data/efs/modem). Then you can try things i mentioned below cuz if anything goes wrong you can easily restore your current backup rom without losing anything.
1,Uninstall bloatware system apps you dont use to make your device run more smoothly.
2, install adaway adblocker to disable adds in apps and browser.
4,install busybox to make root more stronger.
3,you can install xposed modules.
4,you can install lucky patcher to hack many games.
5,
And much more the lists are endless but be careful what you are doing and make sure to backup otherwise things can go wrong anytime try on your own risk.

G900F Root Problem

Hello guys! I've followed the simple root tutorial found on XDA and i've managed to root my S5 with no problem (i don't have any knowledge about this stuff cause i am a newbie,sorry...). After that ,i've successfully flashed TWRP Recovery and tried several ROM's but every one of them failed (bootloop on RR, corrupted zip on Note 7 ROM etc),anyway,it was late and the next day i needed my phone so i installed the Official Stock S5 ROM (6.0.1) found on XDA also (flashed with Odin). The problem is, i can't root it anymore. When i try to do the exact same thing i did with auto-root and Odin everything works except SuperSU ("There is no SU binary installed and SuperSU cannot install it"). I've tried everything! And when i say everything , i mean it. Even KingRoot, wipping everything, trying to root again, the advices found on this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/su-binary-installed-supersu-install-t1928764 and nothing works..if anyone can point me some directions , give some advices, i would be very happy! Thank you guys! I'm willing to try anything.

Custom Kernel = No WLAN

I have rooted the S8. If I flash a custom kernel now, no matter which one (TGP, NX, NOTORIOUS) I can not turn on the WLAN afterwards, - the slider always jumps out. With and without Wipe, - does not work.

Maybe maybe sir its because if supersu maybe, with all due respect repeat process and this time root using Magisk i use it and installed NX kernel worked fine i know kernel provide features but if it doesnt help make compromise with stock kernel and keep using it.

And sir dont rush into aything whenever you install twrp after flashing origi al firmware, when twrp boots for the first time you have to keep it read only dont allow modifications then go to wipe and wipe data type yes then reboot your phone compkete setup then install magisk then reboot and again boot into twrp now flash custom kernel. I explained everything what i do and i am fine everythings fine running custom kernel without issue.

J3 2016 Bootloop on stock rom

Hello i have a problem with my samsung j3 running stock rom. The problem came up on its own , one day it just bootlooped after a restart. I tried flashing the original firmware using odin but it did not fix the problem. I also tried formating the cache partition using the stock recovery. Is this a bootloader problem ? Any feedback is welcome thank you.
The guide i used to flash the stock rom is this one. https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j3-2016/how-to/guide-how-to-flash-stock-rom-j3-2016-t3765677
Try to flash the stock ROM with the correct country code, it contains 5 files (PIT File included) and restart

Where can i download the stock rom ? i only used custom roms on my phones with this being the only exception... thats why i have no idea on how to recover it. Without losing data.
You didn't made any backup?
As far I know, it's impossible to recover all your data.
Look at the sammobile site, there's a lot of stock ROM for your J320fn provided with country codes.

Hey sorry for the late answer. I did download all the roms i tried to flash from sammobile. Problem is the problem persists telling me the problem is elsewhere.
Try to flash the netherlands stock rom, it solved my issue when i had bootloop in my j320fn (j3 2016).

Well that did not work. Problem is that in all my attempts i did not wipe the data clean only the cache partition. The boot loop is likely caused by something else than the Rom. I have to wipe the data. Problem is i cannot save anything because it wont even connect using adb.
