Hey guys sorry for the noob question but how do i root this phone,i mean i rooted other Samsung phones but this one is a little different, also i am on 2.2.1, also how can i install ics, if someone could please help me

Hi, hope someone can help( i have searched and searched)
I am ultimately trying to root the above device but believe i have to unlock the bootloader. Huawei don't provide this anymore. Can someone kindly tell me what i need to do or link me to some instructions.
