I'm really loving it so far. It's refreshing to have a powerful "mini" device. The software isn't all that bad either. Now if we could just somehow get root without unlocking the bootloader.

Just gone mine today. Was ordered from the ebay seller never-msrp. (model D5833). Purchased in USA for $515, brought to India by my friend. Got it today. Now I have to shop for a good case and screen protectors for front and back.
Left my local bestbuy last night and a couple blueshirts there told me that they would be releasing the S7 and S7 Edge this Monday. I was pre-ordering and asked when it came out and they told me I could pick it up on monday.
So if you preordered from bestbuy i'd recommend calling them and seeing if they are also releasing it early.
I don't know how truthful BestBuy is. I got my pre-ordered T-Mobile S7 on the 3rd of March and was told by my local BestBuy store that they had the Otterbox cases in stock for the S7. So I drive over to the store and find out that they have the cases in stock but won't be releasing them until the 11th of March because that's when the phones will be released. I will NOT be going back to BestBuy again!

I bought a surround sound system from them a month ago. He told me i was gonna get a discount and hed hook me up with an hdmi and optical cable. Then he was tryin to talk me into joinin their "rewards program" it was like every $100 you get a dollar or something. I was like, "it'd take me so long, im good" but i bought a tv a couple months before so he said i could get credit for that aswell. So finally i said, "well, your not gonna send me a bunch of emails if i sign up are you". He said, " haha noooooo"!
Long story kinda shortened.
I paid full price for the SS system.
I got a wopping $5 off a used hdmi cable. Which was $20
Paid full price for optical audio cable $25
Then at the end i said oh can we add my tv to the rewards program. (Of course the salesman left so i was left with some kid to check me out)
He said, "oh man we'd have to call customer service and i dont think theyd do it anyway"

big thread on reddit about this: multiple best buy mobile employees confirmed it, and users who went there confirmed it. people got calls to pickup on monday too.
pisses me off bc i chose shipping instead of in store (for the first time ever with best buy) bc i was worried they'd run out of stock before my preorder was fulfilled, so i wouldn't be able to walk in friday and get it. did shipping, thinking they'll def have enough in a warehouse.
yeah, and now they release early lol. so mad.

They had no idea what I was talking about, and reaffirmed the 11th as the release date. This was yesterday, today my GF got a call that our phones have arrived and that we can pick them up tomorrow.

My preorder confirmation said they would Email me when the items were ready. By chance, did they mention if the Gear VR was ready for pickup also?

Same thing happened to me. They had a Samsung rep there and I even showed him the phone, still wouldn't sell it. I went to U.S. Cellular, AT&T and even the new T-Mobile store in my town but neither had cases yet. Verizon store had the stuff out on display already so i bought my case and screen protector there.
I wondered who the *#&@ cares if I buy a piece of plastic for a phone that isn't "out yet"? I am giving you money, why do you care?! It was dumb as f.

Just got off the phone with my local BestBuy, they said that it should be no problem. She mentioned it would be FCFS based on available stock, dunno if this means you can get one shipped later, or if you are sol.
Well...that's kind of strange. The Best Buy website now shows the expected release date for the phone on my order as: "Null"?
The other 2 items still show expected release of 3-11-2016.
Edit: They just now changed the expected release date to 3-7-2016.

Yeah. I ordered two actually, got two seperate emails. I tried looking them up, but it says the name and phone number are wrong, didnt say anything about order number being wrong.
Edit: nevermind, it was under my old name. My att acct is kinda wonky haha.

Went from the Note 7, then bought a Nexus 6p.
Figured I'd take a shot at LG for the very first time. Hearing the BL is locked is sort of a bummer. Hopefully things will get worked out sooner rather than later.
I went to my local store to pre-order. They had the phones in stock, but wouldn't sell one to me even though I'm still rocking the note 7. They did hold one for me for monday though. Also they're allowing me to trade in an iPhone 4s for the $200 credit.

I saw v20 stock at my store when I preordered on Friday... But they wouldn't let me leave with one. Stupid Sprint corporate.
I even called and chatted with sprint and they wouldn't do anything for me. They keep sending me texts to trade in my note 7, but wouldn't let when I tried.

I called my local store to see if they had stock and was told yes. I proceeded to unroot and relock my bootloader on my Nexus 6 to have it ready for swap (payment plan upgrade). Got my two kids in the car and headed to the store. Got there and they have no idea what I'm talking about but after some prompting decided to check their inventory. They say they have 6 in Titan but then the store manager can't find them, and basically tell me to go order it online as it won't be in store till the 25th and they couldn't sell me one anyways if they did have stock. I really just wanted to see and feel the phone, everything else I'm sold on. But the attitude I got when we are talking about hundreds of dollars worth of hardware and service, really astounds me. Anyway the moral of the story is YMMV as far as getting a v20 in store before the 25th. Smh I wanted silver anyways.....
it's a verizon store, what did you expect? everytime i goto corporate stores, they're all ignorant a**holes. i hate corporate verizon. i used to run an authorized retailer, and people would constantly tell us nightmare stories of corporate stores, and all i would do is agree, because i felt the same way. they're idiots, and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Long story short: I had a temp phone (V10) and couldn't get V20 until V10 was returned. So online wasn't an option for me.

That sucks. I got lucky I guess. I'm thrilled too - this is by far the best phone I've ever used (including the Note 7 which I had for a month).
Its funny, now that I had to go back to stock, I decided to flash a Nuget ROM and now I'm not sure if I want to upgrade, my n6 still really holds its on with new software.
My Verizon zone (authorized retailer) said not until Friday. After reading this, I think I'm gonna call every day lol.

Ended up ordering after the cut off to have it shipped Saturday but I got my tracking info this morning and gets here tomorrow. Really looking forward to ths phone, I had to return my Note 7 and Samsung still shipped my my 256GB SD card for Free.

Same thing with me, but I got the s7 edge after my Note 7. Man, s7 edge software felt so half-baked compared to the Note 7. Also, the Note 7 curved back makes a huge difference when you hold the phone. I am returning my s7 edge and getting my v20 on wednesday and using my 256gb samsung card.
Quick question for those of you that got yours through verizon. Does it come with a factory screen protector? I'll be getting mine tomorrow and I have a case for it, but I couldn't seem to find a screen protector that was worth a damn. I really don't want to go naked until I find one if I can help it.

Yes it comes with a screen protector that can be used. Just has a small pull tab on it.
Yeah, its a cheap plastic screen protector. I'll keep it on till it bubbles up or starts to peal off.

The Project Fi store was chalk only. Probably the same for the regular store. However, they may have decided to not make an issue of it considering how messed up the fulfillment of phone orders was. Or, they'll charge you the full amount and say, hey, you can still use that code if you want for a chalk color.
