I was all ready to order one yesterday afternoon (once their price had been corrected). Then I got called into a meeting for about 90 minutes.. they'd all been sold by the time I got out! Gah!

After Play, Amazon and Expansys all had their release dates set at 11th October, they all got pushed back.
Play now states the release date as 19th October
Expansys also states the date 19th October
Amazon however pushed it back to 25th October, and now they're saying 15th November..! That's a full 5 weeks later than the initial date of October 11th!
I really hope the release date won't be as late as November, end of October is long enough!
Apparently it's down to Google not completing the testing on this device. You would have thought they would try to get this phone out ASAP, with the launch of Windows Phone 7 just around the corner. Not a very smart move by Google... very disappointing!
Here's hoping Amazon have got their dates wrong and 19th October is the day of release, however unlikely it's becoming to seem.

Nope, the first email they sent out had the wrong time in it, the work is happening from from 10PM to 4AM PST.
They sent out another (3rd) email a while ago reminding devs about the work, hope some amazing goodies come out of it.

Nope I can't even upload more than 2 screenshots
Link is screwed up for me. If I click it, I was getting redirected back to an invalid XDA thread. I had to copy link and paste it into my browser for it to work.
ok I have searched and searched. and checked for the update on my phone. and checked on kies but kies said my firmware is unsupported. and my phone says there is no update. has anybody found out anything. or know when it will be released.
I read somewhere on here that it was coming out this month. Who knows if it is going to happen or not because it is all hear say until there is proof. There is already a leaked 4.3 floating around so you may want to give it a try.

I know we are a little upset with the situation, but I believe Samsung is the one to blame.
When they stated the MM update is rolling out, when it actually isn't yet, they caused this whole mess.
Btw the official thread title is also misleading in my opinion... It feels it is a thread to talk about MM features not the OTA update.
