i bought recently new samsung galaxy j7 2017 through t-mobile in stock rom i counter a problem when i open camera settings in camera app phone shows settings for just second and before i tap on any option the screen suddenly come back to camera how i resolve this.please help

i am a bit confused with the name of my tab. The boot screen says its a Galaxy J Max and the model is a SM-T285YD (Dual SIM, 7.0").
Most of the sites say its a Series A tab, Sammobile and Updato say its a Galaxy J Max
