I have upload a little video where I test GTA san andreas on the galaxy s4 mini LTE (GT-i9195)
This s4 mini is :
Flashed on CyanogenMod 11 with the custom kernel Lombartz 3.4
He is overclocked at 2GHZ on the CPU (+15%)
and OC at 608MHZ on the GPU (+35%)

You cant flash S3 Roms to S3 Neo because the difference about the Processor unit.
S3= Samsung Exynos CPU
S3 Neo= Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU
For S3 Neo use Custom Rom by Nik60 LL v3.1

Hey buddy ,
I am a regular use of galaxy s3 neo dual sim version. I recently installed official lineage OS build in my phone. But it's GPU is clocked at 450mhz though CPU is fine clocked at 1592mhz . So , I want to request any developer please build a custom unofficial kernel clocking gpu at 550mz like it is in xmotion kernel for motion rom so, PUBG will run more smoothly.
