Presentations with HD-How ?

I have fallen in love with this device. But, it does not have tv-out feature for my presentations need. Impatica showmate can not support videos.
Does any one know any solution to do powerpoint presentations with HD? Thank you in advance.
check this topic ..

Thank you very much for the link and information. It seems like a good option. If it is a bulky unit, then it defeats the purpose though. I was not sure if it uses bluetooth to show off the pda screen. I left a message for the supplier. Has anybody used this? Any other solutions available?
Thank you once again.
Does any one know if Optoma pk 101 pico pocket projector could be used with this at all?
I have XDA flame and Tilt and I am planning to combine both features and have one device. I want to make sure that Hd can be used for powerpoint presentations also.
Thank you very much.
You need a TV-out supported device which it is not the case with HD ..
there is a TV-out adapter that uses the memory slot ..but I don`t now if it can work with the HD ??
http://www.spectec.com.tw/sdv.htm
Aaah! this is killing. I agree it may not be possible with that adaptor as microSD slot is behind the battery , I believe. I wish Impatica had made a higher end product.
Thank you very much.
microSD slot behind the battery cover , so I you wish you can remove the cover and plug it there but you`ll have to put the ppt files into the main memory .

regarding the Impatica I think it is the best solution for devices without tv-out put it lacks the media support (video).
hope you find the best choice that fits your needs

Galaxy Note with different pen

I own HP Touschsmart laptop, it's kinda crossover of laptop and tablet, with multitouch screen, works nice as mobile laptop.
It turns out that I can use the same pen that is attached to laptop on note, its Wacom pen, so maybe there is some kind of hope for different drivers maybe for not, cause lack of calibration is irritating.
Just wanted to share
There is a great thread on the forum if you searched, where they list multiple pen's that work and does not work with the SGN

Android MHL Extension Dock (Android as PC)

Hello everyone!
I just started working on a small project and would like to hear what you people think about it.
The idea of the project is simple. Create a dock for your smartphone, which basically extends its usability to a full fledged laptop or PC.
All the new phones mostly have MHL (11pin) connectors which means connecting it to an HDMI screen is not a problem. Also, a use of a wireless mouse and keyboard is quite simple and very functional.
So what I am thinking of creating is sort of a laptop with a 13.3 inch screen, a keyboard (maybe even removable to use separately) and a battery to power the LCD.
I have already been in contact with producers of LCDs and control boards, and believe I should start creating the prototype soon.
So what are your thoughts about it?
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you and have a good day!
*to mod: if this is in the wrong section I apologize and kindly ask you to move it to the appropriate section of the forum or message mo to put it somewhere else. Thank you1

Man this is great
I have been thinking about it for some time ... to make my phone a laptop whenever i need to have me a laptop
My solution was to find a virtual machine that runs inside my phone for any type of os ... the problem is the memory !!! Also the app i didnt find it yet
Well bro good luck
If i were you i would take advantage of screen casting instead of lcd monitor so in case the user wanna use the device screen or the tv !!! You can also sell a mini hdmi thing ( the hdmi stick that lets you cast your screen into tv )
Also there is a keyboard and mouse as one piece and their small and great could take them with you everywhere in ... i saw it amazon for 35$ or less something like that with Bluetooth connection. ... im sure you can find a way to do some mod for those keyboards and make them yours ... good luck and keep us posted
A great idea!

[Q] Wacom graphic tablet via OTG, possible?

Hi, I bought this tablet because of the stylus and the drawing capablilities, but on youtube I stumbled across a video where one guy attaches a wacom graphic tablet to a Nexus 7 and works even with pressure sensivity, I tried this with my EVGA Tegra Note 7 but didn't work, do you guys know if there is something I have to do before connecting it via OTG? maybe I have to install Wacom drivers to the tablet. The wacom lights up when I connect it to the tablet but doesn't recognize it like a mouse input.
The title of the video in question is "Google Nexus 7 Tablet & OTG Cable for USB Host Connection" I can't post links so please search for it :silly:.
Thanks in advance.
Please forgive my english, is not my natural language.
It's possible the Nexus 7 had a custom rom installed with some kind of drivers added. Impossible to tell without the video. All (well, almost all) of the source code for the Tegra Note 7 is available so that you may compile your own version, including drivers if you find any. I doubt that the stock AOSP kernel supports Wacom tablets out of the box.
On Linux (and therefore Android), the drivers are part of the kernel, so unless someone develops a kernel with the Wacom drivers included, it won't work. Perhaps someone could take Shaky's kernel source and add those drivers and see if it works? I'd give it a go except any time I try anything involving code, a baby unicorn dies.
Yeah it happens to me too, Peta sued me for the unicorns. But a friend of mine that has the same tablet is helping me to make it work, we have the drivers (I think they are the right ones) and maybe we can get it to work.

Wacom tablets (Intuos, Intuos Pro, etc) are compatible with Mac OS X and Windows only. So You can't find a wacom android driver for your Android OS tablet .
XP-Pen Deco Pro Drawing Tablet ( xp-pen.com/product/432.html ) compatible with android 6.0 or higher devices . you can use stylus support 8K pressure and pen tilt function draw on the Android OS tablet connect Via OTG-USB Cable . you can use Android Drawing apps like sketchbook and Deco Draw work well.
