2+ years in... still love my Note 5 - Galaxy Note5 General

I bought my N920i off of ebay for $589 shipped over 2 years ago in August 2015... and I still love this phone. I'm two batterys later, prob 6 different glass backs, plus she's never had a case, and has been dropped countless times, yet still chugging along. I keep eyeing up "upgrades", but I still love this screen, this camera, the UI is good, and performance is still good. Kudos to Sammy, I'm having a hell of a time finding a suitable successor

I have had my Note 5 since April 2016 and still love it. Like other people I have looked at upgrading to the note 8 but only looked. I will keep using the 5 until it fails me ( which it has never done). Like the saying goes why fix what isn't broke

I have had my Note5 18.11.2015 and still love it. Last week I changed my battery at rma in warranty time. Now everything is good. Just like 2 years ago

Does this mean that anyone in the market currently to buy a used Note 5 should assume price for a new battery etc also? I'm thinking yes.
I noticed a lot of "refurbished" devices but I doubt they replace the battery ,unless it's a Samsung refurbished unit.
Also how do you folks cope with 32GB only?

The 32 GB is not a big deal imo. I use google photos to back up all of my photos and I periodically delete my photos from my gallery to save space. I have about 2 pages of apps (around 50) and I also have Titanium Backup with all of my apps backed up to my internal storage and same with Spotify premuim music downloaded. I have around 10 GB of space left. I don't see a need for a ton of space unless you are downloading videos/movies for offline use.

I agree the note 5 is a wonderful future proof phone. I have had to replace my phone once because I was working with it in my front pocket and I leaned up against the side of a truck bending down in the bed and I messed up the digitizer on the screen. That was summer 2016. Besides that this phone has done wonders. I will probably keep is until it is very outdated. Now a days, phones only get minor upgrades. Nothing huge! So the Note 5 is a good competetor to the Note 8 imo. And once this slows down, we can always flash stock android to speed it up

We buy the 64gb version lol.

l still have note 5, bought in weak later of selling start.... and.. only what l need to do to replace to normal back cover and l still don`t want to change it.

I´ve had the whole Note-serie from 1-4. Couldn´t get the Note 5 in my country so I tried some other phones like OP3, Axon 7 etc. Two weeks ago I was able to buy a brand new Note 5 64GB N920C from a guy who bought it in Dubai. I really love the phone, it'srunning Android 7.0 directly out of box. Two days ago I also got a firmware uppdate that included 1th November security patch! Somehow I think that Samsung still find this device as their real flagship! Think about it, they started the edge-era of phones, they also started the "panorama.-screens", but what do they really like? I think the Note 5, like me.

I have a note 8 and I still prefer my note 5 in someways. It just feels more premium and honestly I think it takes better photos.

Who's upgrading from the Note 2 and why?

I had a Note 1, and I initially had zero intention on getting an Note 2, until I played with one. Now that I have a Note 2, I really don't think I need the Note 3 . . . . but I haven't had it in my hands yet.
Who's going to upgrade from the 2 to to 3, and if you are, what features are pushing you to do it?
I'm still on the fence. The 1080p screen is really the only thing that's tempting me at the moment.

On the fence, no complaints about my note 2, but I do feel bored of it... First world problems. I am eager to see what the note 3 is like in person as well as the nexus 5.

I'm the same. Have had the Note 2 just about a year now, and kind of feel like I need to upgrade just to get something new. Plus I really like the look of the window flip cover and the leather textured back. I'm probably gonna hold off at least until the Nexus 5 gets announced though, plus there doesn't seem to be a way to get one on AT&T that isn't bootloader locked yet.
I am upgrading for 2 main reasons the full HD screen and for the 32 gig built in memory ( the update to put apps on sd card will be useful as well). I am constantly swapping apps around on my note 2 because we never got the ipdate to move apps to sd. Plus I am a tech junkie.
My Tech Junkie factor will probably be the big reason for me to do it . . . Does anyone know of any stores I can walk into any time soon to get my hands on it and decide if I want to pre-order or not?
Right now I'm playing around with an LG G2 which has similar internal specs compared to the Note 3. Just the performance alone is enough for me to upgrade from my Note 2. I will be returning the G2 by the 4th of October to maximize my $35.00 14 day rental of the phone from Verizon. I will get the Note 3 when it's available. The G2 is a nice phone, but I want the larger screen.
dont know if my 2 cents counts but i traded the note 2 for an s4 and wish i would have kept the note 2 but note 3 all the way now. Bigger better, screen, ram and processor have me sold alone

yeah my s4 has been gone for a few weeks now. glad to get rid of it lol but this bionic im on is just as bad haha and cant wait for the note 3! better be awesome!
Upgrading here from Note 2 .. I have ZERO problems with it.. but Note 3 is just tempting .. upgraded everything even the Weight of the device ..
I cant let go of this habit of changing devices .. or you know what .. Ill call it a hobby and carry on.
The device will be sold in our markets from the 25th.. there is even a countdown timer in the Samsung shop ..
Most likely upgrading because of the screen and the "leather" back, but not immediately when released. I'd rather wait for a month longer for the price to drop quite a bit, and it will drop.

By how much do you think? I'm debating canceling my pre order if it's substantial enough.
I'm upgrading from the note 2 to the note 3 because 1. More space! 2. Faster GPU! 3.faster CPU 4. Better camera 5. More RAM. That is all .
I don't care for the spen. I have never taken mine out from the note 2.
I take alot of pictures so the upgraded camera will be a welcomed addition. I almost brought the Nokia 1020 just for its 46mp camera
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
Agree on the camera. I would upgrade from my Note 2 on all of the above in fact except for Knox. Not sure I want a locked down device, or to lose my warranty on day one! If you can't flash, what's the point? I'm waiting a while to see how this shakes out...

Another upgrade over here. The N2 has been the best phone I could ask for but more screen is always welcome. And if history repeats N3 will get even better battery life than N2! Had N1 (LTE and int'l) and N2 (i317m) so the N3 int'l will be a real treat.
The S4 is on Craigslist tonight.
5 months ago, i was talking with my wife and said i won't upgrade to note 3 when it is come out..
when i see note 3 now with more feature and more power.. so tempting...
The reasons i probably upgrade:
- screen 1080p
-3GB ram i know i don't need it lol
- more features..
- design a lot better then note 2...
now the only problem is.. i can't decide which one to get.. exynos or snapdragon when i want to get it..
Last, i was expecting bigger battery tho.. maybe 3,600 mAh.. but it is still the same.. so another one that influence my decision is have to wait for review about battery life.
I am upgrading just for the screen. My gf got the s4 and the screen is amazing. I have much better than average near sight but cant see past 30ft for my life, but I can see the pixels on my note 2. No one else i know can see them but all i see is jaggies and boxes. So I am looking forward to the screen,
Some other bonuses is the cpu. After seeing a review of the lg2 and knowing it has very similar performance, i cant wait to get my hands on a device that fast. Also the lg2 has been getting better battery life than the note 2 with only a 3,000mah battery. So there might be a good increase in battery life for the note 3.
And last is the software. It can be done on the note 2 but you know samsung will not add the features to the note 2. I use multiple windows a lot and am looking forward to use more than one app at one. AND THE NOTE 2 CAN DO THIS! I have had 2 of the same apps open before by opening one app then in the other window open a file with the same app and it works no problem, but i would like this to be easier.
I pre-ordered mine and now have to wait 3 weeks
Upgrading from Note 2. More RAM. More cpu poerr. Biegger screen. Better technology.

[Q] anyone thinking of changing from note 4 to S6?

if rumors are correct 5.5 inch screen, lighter, thinner and longer battery life plus an awesome camera, good speaker, all features I would luv.....so slightly smaller and no s.pen which i don't use much.....could be tempting?
I'm considering getting the HTC One M9 Plus (or whatever it's called), provided it has a 2k screen (not that I need it), a good camera and a decent battery life.
I personally wouldn't get the S6, I've grown tired of Samsung and the horrible lag with their top end devices; but the S6 definitely looks interesting and I'm sure it'll shake up the 2015 flagship wars.
@thedarkmunk The words HTC and good camera is not possible in one sentence :angel:

@magichoward Prolly getting both devices again S6 and then the Note 5
Lol to each their own, my camera on my HTC Sensation back in the day was alright. To be honest, anything is better than the crummy Ultrapixel crap; if there is a 20MP sensor (and it might be a Hitachi one according to PocketNow), then who knows? It'll still be better than Ultrapixel!

Yeah I was indeed revering to the ultra pixel crap , I must admit that my Desire and One X made reasonable pictures. I played with a M7 and M8 of a friend at that was utterly crap (I do like the Sense UI though)
I would not switch from Note 4 to S6. I haven't even read what the rumored specs are in detail, but my Note 4 is brand new and I love my s pen, it's a feature I highly use and the main reason I got it over the S5 and its water resistance.
Should be good phone and likely will get one too (at least for temporary testing - I get phones from dealer/retailer friends that are either reduced price to buy, sometimes free or a phone to use and test for few months) so I'll try it but TouchWiz will still be a problem most of us will want to root and rom to get rid of.
They say they are going to trim down TW and reduce bloat only to replace with some Microsoft apps... Oh yeah, like that is better and like we haven't heard about TW getting made lighter before.
Hardware should be real good so worth a look but keeping my Note for sure.
i will be getting the Note 8 to replace my Note 4 based on my usual upgrade cycle.

That's until the Note 5 comes out. Which will of course be surpassed by the S7 a few months later. But, alas, the Note 6 will bring it to its knees. Of course, the S8 will have the final word in this war. Until the Note 7 is released [...]
It's an infinite loop.
I don't think it's worth comparing the Note series with the S series. They were never meant to be the same or targeted to the same audience.
If you don't like the S-Pen, then yes, your money may have been better spent on something else. But, on the other hand, who can really tell you what to do and which device you'll be happy with?
^^
This is so true.. An infinite loop.. Next one to outdo the last.. Just the way it works.. Sure you can compare Notes to S series but isn't apple to apples as different uses and features.
I typically like to compare hardware though..
I think I wait for Note 5 with 4k display.

No way. This Note 4 is a laggy POS, going back to LG after this. Samsung did say they would make Touchwiz less laggy on the S6,but I don't believe them.
Sent from my SM-N910P using XDA Free mobile app
There will always be a better phone on the horizon, you've just got to take what you can get now. That being said I was holding out for the S6 until I was burgled back in November. They robbed my S4 which was on charge right next to me while I was sleeping. (Scary feeling to wake up and reach for my phone then slowly realise what's happened).
Anyways I needed a new phone and the Note 4 had just been released so I ended up going for it. I'd never considered a Note before. Now that I have it, I have to admit I've been blown away by it. I'm almost (not quite) glad I got burgled. I've broken my S cycle and can happily say I'm sticking to the Note series for the foreseeable future.
S6 ......nope I've gone Note I can't go back.
I actually waited to see if the S6 is any good before buying a replacement for my OnePlus and I decided to get the Note 4 instead because of the following reasons:
* No microSD on the S6 - the difference for the higher memory S6 is almost £100, I got a 64GB microSD for £19
* No removable battery on the S6 - not a deal breaker but it certainly did not help in choosing the S6
* A lot of the apps (mostly for root) does not work properly with Lollipop and the S6 will only run Lollipop
* The "premium" design of the S6 is not worth the increase in price. I always use a case on my phones anyway.
* Going back to less than 5.5" screen is not something I would like
I will stick with my Note 4 until most of the apps I use works perfectly with lollipop, probably several months after the Note 5's release. I never buy a Samsung phone within 2 months of its release as the value goes down rapidly in that period together with accessories. Reviews are also available and bugs are ironed out.

#thanks4NOTEthing Sammy

Well, with the anoucement of the Note 5 and is full spec sheet released Sammy has officially jumped the shark (Happy Days reference - had to be there). They took away the removable battery, no expandable memory, lowered the battery capacity and produced an Apple 6 plus clone. For the last 4 years I eagerly anticipated Samsung taking my money because I knew what I was getting was different and a standard setter. There is NOTHING special about the phone now - S-pen aside. I am very disappointed in Sammy for too many reasons. From the lack of development and vision - for a full year, to the lack of accessories to not giving a [email protected] after they took our money last year. They have abandoned the mantle of leader and morphed into tail-between-legged followers. The one good thing is I will not have to use my jump program to hop to another phone this year. The Edge is solid and my favorite phone. Therefore, the option will be wasted on me this year unless some other OEM blows my mind. I reverted back to kit kat recently and have rediscovered the awesomeness of my Note Edge. #thanks4NOTEthing Sammy.
I agree its goodbye samsung. They have copied apple and it is the death nell for samsung. The reason I came to samsung from HTC was for the sdcard and removable battery.
The company that produces an android phone with stylus, sdcard and removable battery with get my custom.

I picked up an LG phone that had a stylus but it was just a pointer. it had no functionality at all. Honestly, and I say this in all sincerity, I have zero issues with my note edge. Would I have given it up for a version 2 and the new s-pen animations and functionality? Yes, but nothing that is in the note 5 - especially with all they took away, warrants me to move this year. I will never switch to apple but if there is something that comes down the pike, other than Samsung, I will not hesitate to look now. Whereas I never gave any OEM an opportunity to get my attention before.
Since the note edge is going the way of galaxy round...and while I appreciate the devs keeping this device alive, since I have a JUMP v1 upgrade on tmobile since late july I'm probably going to get the note 5. The longer I wait, the more I pay for a phone I have to trade in. It was 870 at launch. Note 5 is 700, s6e+ is 779.
The note edge was a niche device, and it was fun to use since getting it on launch day. The lack of software optimization and ruined battery life due to overuse of fast charging makes me want to give this device up. I never use the IR blaster, and I can use a 64gb flash drive for TWRP/CWM backups and rom zips.
I was considering the s6 edge plus, but since I have a note 10.1 2014, I can use the sweet new s pen on my 2 year old tablet.
But until I get my hands on both, I can't be too sure about which to get....
Anyways, long story short, gonna give up the note edge before I pay anymore into it.

Samsung is going to force a lot of people's hands to follow suite because they abandoned the development side. I, on the other hand, am looking to buy another one in a few months when the price drops down even lower. This phone will be looked at as a milestone , and possibly , a huge missed opportunity by Samsung at some point in the future IMO. There are just too many practical real-life experiences where this phone is the perfect technology at that moment. Good on the new phone though.
I love the note edge. .. Samsung missing a trick on this one.
The lack of SD card is a deal breaker for me also. Luckily I can use a phone for 2 yrs, by then maybe they will get it right.??

Agree on both counts. I compared my note edge to the s6 plus edge the other day to a person who was on the fence about the advantages. Needless to say the are looking to get the note edge before the end of next week. This phone is the real game changer and Samsung is really missing an opportunity. Oh well, I have mine.
An edge like the note should become a standard on all phones above a certain size.
It's that useful.

They didn't release the note edge 2 because even though it was limited, you can go into any carrier and see it collecting dust on display for the past 9 months. I got it on launch day and only saw one other person with the note edge, and I work in a hotel, so I see a LOT of people everyday with their phones out.
As much as I loved having a phone no one else had, it was cumbersome to say the least with the snapdragon 805 constantly getting hot and dropping frames, and the battery that couldn't hold a charge well because of all the quick charge cycles. Not to mention the lack of development(from Samsung). Props to sbreen and tekhd for keeping this device interesting for the 9 months I had this device.

Why buy all that though? I just upgraded to a gs6e+. Most gorgeous phone I've ever owned. Using qi wireless charging, so fast charging won't kill my battery like the note edge or fry my auto rotate like the gs6e.

Yes lack is development is there and disappointing as well. The edge part has a lot of potential but there are very limited apps. Also S6's edge is completely different from note edge so you can't expect development to carry on for long.
Another thing I can say is that there is no more recents lag like on the note edge. Loving that

Why do i always like the niche products? I miss my N900 by nokia running maemo. Amazing unique phone in a world of androids and iphones and it had a stylus like my note edge... My last phone was an Xperia z1 and I live in the USA, no one here has sony phones. I also had an lg g2x, I bought it for its unique tegra processor, one of the first of its kind.
It's sad to see Samsung take the safe route with the Note 5 but hopefully it's just them wanting a guaranteed income and can then go back to taking a risk again with the Note Edge.
While the Galaxy series is popular and well known it still pails in comparison to the iPhone and I would hate if they continued down this path as we'd all essentially end up with iPhones with Android on them.
Hi guys,
actually the Note Edge brought me back to Samsung, after I left 2 years ago due to big problems with my Note 3 and the customer service of Samsung. So I sold it and had a HTC One, which now shows the disadvantage of a built in battery.
But when I looked around to find my next phone I was even more upset by the fact that every nice phone had no changeable battery, sd-card etc.
Found the S6 edge+ sexy, but same problems there. So I decided to look for the last available innovation which had the battery / SD-card thing still available for my decision and boom: Note Edge.
Bought it in mint condition second hand, 390 €, from January 2015I What shall I say: I really love it, and I will be happy with it until Samsung recognizes its mistake and turn around.
Good to be back again.

Switching From note 4 to OP2

i'm considering switching from my note 4 to the OP2 what are your recommendations ? can i have user reviews about battery and overheating issues (if there's any) ?
I've only had the device for a day and I played a few games and there was no overheating. A little lag in the game but not much. Battery is better than the Note 4. That is for sure! I've owned the Note 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The OPT does have better battery life than the Note 4 and 5. If i remember right the Note 2 and 3 had amazing battery life.
I will also say this. The Note 5 is faster than the OPT and the camera is better and so is the fingerprint reader software. I hate touchwiz and I mean I really hate it. I said NO MORE SAMSUNGS after the Note 4 but I had to get on Tmobile's Jump plan so I got a Note 5 and I'm impressed with the SW now. Still not stuck but not horrible anymore.
I hope someone answers you but man you have got a lot of reading to do. Same boat as u. torn between op2 and moto. Best of luck.
Interesting
Well, i will be giving a neutral answer.
1. If you owned a note 4(which u already are), dont waste your money and give that OPT invite to others(if you have one)
2. Regarding your question about overheating issue and battery life, i assure you(well unless you get your hand-on an oxygenOS 2.0.0) there is no overheating issue at all(except you play a 3D HD game like implosion for 1hour+ which temperature will be at 48°c). For battery life, i get a decent SOT of 3h45min ~4h30min for average usage such as facebook, watching youtube, spotify, and waze with some occasion wifi hotspot.

i also had note 1,2,mega,s4,s5, note3,4, and NOT planing to go on note 5 cuz i hate tw and got bored of it so after sammy removed removable battery and extended storage i also said byebye samsung after the note 4. Might as well get something new and different. The HTC m9+ is way out of my budget. And since i saw the OPT i fell in love for it but i had few doubts about the sd810.
thank you alot your answer helped me very much

If you haven't played with the S6 or Note 5. You should. You might be a little surprised by TW now. I guess it's the theming engine coupled with the speed. Check it out on a friends phone if you can. Not at the store.

I dont really know very much about oxygen os lol but im glad to hear that no overheating issues, as for gaming i dont spend more than 10-15 minutes on a game, mostly fb, instagram, calling, whatsapp.......
and as for the invite i dont have one but there is a merchant in my country getting some so im gonna buy from him the 4gb ram 64gb model,
and mate i simply got bored of same tw over and over if there was a cm rom for my varient i wouldnt consider changing my phone.
if you have anyother comments and some things to tell me about the OPT please do as my decision is almost made
Thanks alot for replying

I guess so. The new moto pure has a terrible battery life from what I read so. Although I will miss the touch less control of the x. I want something that can go well for at least a day and somewhat endure for a couple of years. Although the nexus 6 is quite large. Guess it is op2 then. Will get it through oppomart I guess
This is my recent history.
OnePlus One 1 month.
OnePlus Two 2 weeks.
Both OPO & OPT running hot (OPO is hottest).
OPT is equipped with a better battery, and stand-out from the affordable crowd. The thing is, why you want to switch from Note 4? Any particular reason? I guess the Note 4 has all the features one would want. The 16GB version of OPT is way cheaper than Note 5 ot Edge 6. The choise is yours

Do not trust Oppomart.
I buy two time from oppomart first time they sent me a new phone, second time a used phone, I sent back and they stole me 400 euro on refound.
“I’m sorry the packet arrived empty are you sure you put the phone inside?”
Come on!
I buy from aliexpress and pandawill, it never happen something like this.
To be honest with you, the OPT is not ready yet! but dont get me wrong is a good thing,i got it 2 weeks ago,bit laggy, some bugs and some heat on stock Oxygen 2.02.
But here is the thing! If you using AK kernel you get a different phone! no heating anymore, decent battery life much snappier UI,an He is still in beta stage!
Thats why I love OP, couse you dont get the best of everything out the box, you have to "treat" it to make better for you.
Thats why you can see lots of bad reviews, and they right, you can buy an apple which out the box, everything is smooth and working, but please ,its too boring for us "modders".
If you dont mind to digging forums for make the phone better step by step, and trying different kernels, roms every week than go for it, if you wanna settle with something which is settled, than buy samsung or moto.
Never settle!

Previous Phone and Why Note 7

S7 edge and the curved on note 7 is better
S7 Edge, and because why not. New stuff is always fun, and I typically upgrade phones a lot.
Nexus 6p to note 7 because I like new phones
HTC One M8 to Note 7 because the M8 is wearing out and the Note 7 looks to be an awesome device. However I'm a bit uneasy about not having the ability to root, not being able to restore apps borked by updates, and not being able to TWRP backup the device once I have it set up the way I like. Hoping the device is good enough that no root will seem like a minor trade off.
Nexus 6 to Note 7. Nexus 6 is a lag-fest. I miss calls constantly because the screen refuses to let me swipe to answer. Yes, I've tried reflashing, keeping apps uninstalled, etc. The only thing I haven't tried is rooting and doing a custom ROM, which I am not doing to make the phone simply usable. Not to mention the camera is awful. Laggy, slow, and takes awful pictures. Of all the Android phones I've owned, the Nexus 6 is 2nd to worst [worst was Droid RAZR due to horrid battery life].
As much as everyone loves the Nexus, it feels like the only thing going for it is updates straight from El Goog.
One of my favorite phones was the Note 2, if not the favorite. It feels like I am coming home with the Note 7.

I went from M8 to Note 5 and was uneasy like you. It was the first phone I ever bought with (1) Nonremovable battery, (2) no expandable storage, and (3) the knowledge that it probably would never get root. I have not regretted it or missed flashing ROMs constantly at all, honestly! Maybe I'm just over the non-stop updates and stuff, but it was great having a phone that flat out rocked and I never felt the NEED for root because it was fast and pretty damn great out of the box (and still is!). I think you'll find a similar experience with the Note 7, which looks even better!
Anyway, I'm coming from the Note 5 and going to the Note 7 because I was able to get a good deal and sell my Note 5 for $450, making my Note 7 free for 13 months (and then my upgrade kicks in so the cost per month drops to $16/mo basically). So the phone will cost me under $200. No brainer at that point!

HTC 10 - I thought I could live with the screen size. Turns out I can't.
Also -- The n7 just looks so damned good.
Very reassuring, thank you! I am SO looking forward to getting this phone, and really tired of seeing the "order processing" status on Verizon lol.

Note 3. I REALLY wanted the Note 5 but was not impressed enough, I love my rooted Note 3. I thought it was just time for something new. Not thrilled with the Edge screen but tired of waiting for the perfect phone that just never seems to come out as expected.
Note 5, and because it's a Note.

That's unfortunate, because that's one of the main features of buying an unlocked Nexus device. Being able to ROM it with any number of amazing ROM's. And that is why my Nexus 6 runs super-fast and super-smooth.

My Nexus 6 has been the 2nd best device I've ever used, only next to my Note 2 and 3.

One of the features is frequent updates. Another is one that I mentioned previously: to be able to install any ROM you like. To be able to completely customize the phone however you like from top to bottom. It's all about freedom to do what you wish with your device.
The only negatives I have about my Nexus 6 is battery life is waning. And the phone is much heavier and thicker than a Note. I'll be retiring my Nexus 6 (as a backup device), and getting the Note 7. I'll miss being able to root and ROM. But, with the updates to TouchWiz, and the amount of features and settings that come with the Note 7, I think I may be able to live without rooting/ROMing...... for now.
Exactly. Honestly I am tired of chasing custom roms, kernels, radios..... trying to figure out what works best, what's compatible with what, having to maintain software updates myself.... I want my phone to work and I don't have time or interest in "modding it". That's why my Nexus 6 is going back to VZW and I'm finally getting another Note..

Note 5... because of the IP68 water and dust resistance.
S6 - wanted to give the curved screen and s-pen a try. Also miss microSD storage, but it appears I'm trading that for the IR blaster.
iPhone 6S Plus 64GB, Upgraded to the Note 7 for the iPhone 7 supposedly not having a headphone jack and never getting a jailbreak. Got bored with the phone and needed to go back to Android.
Coming from the Nexus 6P, main reason was no support on Verizon for my phone so features like wifi calling at my house isnt an option and I need to be able to receive calls for work. Love my 6P but when I saw that Note 7 i had to order
iPhone 6s to the N7. Bored of iOS and want a bigger screen. Love the water/dust resistance and miss having an s-pen when I had a N3.
Note 4. Because I dropped it and broke the screen about a month ago and had to use my wife's old phone waiting for the 7 to come out.
Coming from Note 5 64GB which I liked more than the note 2, 3, and 4. Upgraded because the SD is back, better battery, cool Iris feature, sleeker, Spen is better, color, and just the fact that it's a new note.
